Waterfront vacation rentals in Newport

A beautiful place with an amazing balcony overlooking the river. Christian was very responsive and accommodating. The town is charming with several restaurants in walking distance. A peaceful place to stay yet very close to all Cincinnati has to offer. Everything you would need is provided.

I stayed here with three kids and found it very comfortable. I was impressed with how sound proof everything was - I never heard anything from other units. The balcony, pool and amenities were very nice. Great location. Super comfortable beds and couch. Hosts were helpful and communicative. I’d stay again!

Host was great at communicating. Instructions were clear. Apartment was very clean! Location was very close to downtown and river walk. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed staying at Joe’s place. It was clean and convenient/walkable to the Front Street restaurants. The only issue we had was that the main door going into the building did not automatically lock. Unless locked from the inside, it would stay open 24/7. It would be great if that door automatically locked and/or the door at the top of the stairs automatically locked. The suite was spacious and had enough amenities for a comfortable stay. Very close to the levee and very easy to go in and out of. Exactly what I needed for the event I was attending.

We are a family from Puerto Rico and we stayed in Cincinnati for my daughter's wedding. We stayed for eight days and it was fantastic. Very peaceful, accessible, close to good places to eat, and a fantastic Mexican restaurant that we enjoyed several times. I would return and recommend this apartment because it is safe and has a good neighborhood.

My family and I have stayed here the last 5 months and we couldn’t be happier!! Our experience with Ed and his Airbnb has been exceptional! Ed is easy to work with, is willing to be flexible, and is always available when you have questions or need anything! If you’re looking for a natural setting near Cincinnati urban areas, I recommend this house. We stayed here one month and didn’t encounter any issues. Home is located near the Loveland-Miami bike trail, but there are not sidewalks to get to it and the street was busier than we expected. We used only the main level. There are two bedrooms and a full bath downstairs but all are off an unfinished basement space that requires constant operation of a portable dehumidifier. However, it was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the basement.

THIS PROPERTY IS A 12 OUT OF 10!! This host has thought about every detail for her guests. From the amazing coffee bar with so many options to the water and mints by each bed. I have stayed at many AIRBNB's and VRBO's and this by far was the best and my favorite experience. The home was sparkling clean and supplied with everything you need to have an amazing time. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were amazing! The back deck has a gorgeous view of the Ohio River and surrounding area. There is a wonderful market grocery store just 1 1/2 blocks away. The location is close to anything you want to do in the area. Very nice neighborhood and the host was the best I have ever worked with. You can tell this host makes her guests comfort the #1 priority! You will not regret staying here. We plan to come back very soon to do some more exploring in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! One of the best things about our stay was how kid-friendly it was. There were already a ton of toys and games for the kids so we didn’t even need to bring any of our own, they also had plastic toddler sized plates/bowls/utensils/cups. The staircase to go to the bedrooms upstairs is very steep, so just be prepared for that with little ones. We have two toddlers and ended up bringing one of our baby gates from home and it worked out perfect. While we were there the smoke detector ended up running out of batteries, but our hosts were very prompt with sending someone out to resolve this issue and get us a working smoke detector. We also LOVED the complimentary coffee at the house! The response time from our hosts was VERY quick, and we are so thankful we had such a wonderful stay.

We loved staying here! My family and I stayed for 4 nights while visiting my brother and sister in law. Everything was clean, well stocked, and the furniture was very comfortable! My mom was able to relax in the hot tub, and we loved the surroundings! Will be staying again.

This was the perfect house for a wedding we were attending in Amelia. The river view was wonderful. We enjoyed playing frisbee golf, pool, and the soccer game table, and watching the wildlife in between attending different wedding festivities .The river wasn’t in our favor to swim or kayak due to all the rain. The house provided lots of extra amenities and was beautifully decorated. The host was very responsive with questions. We would definitely stay here again if we need a place in the Cincinnati area :)

Rachael was very flexible let us check in early, helped me to get an extra day as we needed to be in that evening. one minor problem that was corrected the next day as it was too late to get it fixed that night. The place made you feel right at home and everyone was very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay in Katherine’s house. Katherine and Barb were very accessible and proactive. It was just as described and very well laid out. The kitchen living room space was perfect to hang out in and visit with each other. It was well stocked with anything and everything we could possibly need. The outdoor space is truly an oasis! I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. We would definitely stay there again if we are back in the area!

Great spot, I've been two times now when we're in town and we love how walkable it is and how clean and spacious the apartment is!

We had such a wonderful stay! The hosts were fantastic, thoughtful and welcoming, with lots of small touches that made a big difference. Their clear, detailed instructions made everything super easy and stress-free. We especially loved the convenience of the parking spot right by the entrance. The place was absolutely spotless, even better than the photos! We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back when we are in the area.

Great stay. Had a lot to focus on this week and this place was the perfect save haven to rest when I had the chance. Had some fabulous meals nearby as well.
