I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to checkout. The neighborhood was peaceful, and I felt completely at home. We had a wonderful stay at Ashley and Ben’s Airbnb. The space included everything you might need, from standard hotel amenities to thoughtful extras that made the visit even more comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked and ready for use. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall environment was peaceful enough for a great night’s rest. The air conditioning kept the space pleasant, and the dehumidifier added an extra layer of comfort. Having access to laundry was also a major plus! One suggestion would be to add blackout curtains, which could make the space even more relaxing. We a great experience staying here, and we are absolutely planning on staying again in the future.

My point of contact was Natasha and she was absolutely amazing! From helping us navigate parking to answering my countless questions, Natasha exemplifies what it means to be the perfect host! She proactively made sure window units were installed prior to our stay because she saw that the weather forecast showed unusually hot weather. Having her as a host hands-down, made our experience extra special and memorable. Would definitely recommend staying here and Hoboken will definitely be seeing us again!

Elainne was super helpful anytime we had a question! This place was perfect as a home base for exploring Jersey City and NYC. We didn’t cook; just take out food, but there seemed to be basic implements available. The espresso pods were appreciated and the cookies were a nice welcome. The friendly neighborhood Hamilton Park, and surrounding shops and restaurants around the corner gave us a little extra to do in between our regular plans. 18 minute walk to the ferry and 12 minute walk to Newport West parking garage where we kept our car. The living room couch folds out to a twin sized mattress on the floor. Note: only the bedroom has an AC unit. I loved the charming front entrance with gate and flowers!

This spot was perfect! I used to live in JC so was looking forward to being back in the neighborhood. The location is that perfect mix of close to Grove street, but not too close so it was nice and quiet. The apt itself was very clean and super comfy. Easy in and out and Itai was very responsive! I’m a sucker for detail and the little starburst square candy on the hand towels set out for easy access was a great “welcome” touch. The best flavors too! Would absolutely stay here again.

My mom stayed here while visiting us and had this to say about her stay: "#2 is perfect! It is spacious and has lovely decorative touches. The bath and kitchen appear newly remodeled and are great spaces in which to relax, make tea, and enjoy remembering the day. Eric is a wonderful host and is VERY responsive; I couldn't have asked for better. An all-around excellent experience, thank you, Eric!"
