Vacation rentals with beach access in Newport Bay

Great stay! There is everything you could possibly need for a beach stay. Pam was so helpful and had lots of good suggestions. The location was perfect. Just a block and a half from the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. Bed was super comfy and the space was perfect. Didn’t use the patio much but that also was a nice addition. Will def be staying again!!

Will was a very responsive host and had great recommendations for the area. Just be aware that since this is an attached space to the next-door neighbors, the sound from upstairs is a bit prominent like footsteps/loud sound. Couple of knick knacks like the shower door and fridge door were to be fixed, but that was acknowledged to be repaired. Otherwise, I would love to stay here again.

Brandon was incredibly accommodating throughout our entire trip, and the experience was fantastic. Everything - from the kitchen and bathroom to the bedding was clean and comfortable. I would definitely love to stay at his place again.

A quaint little house, with a short walk to the beach. The area is beautiful to walk and close to restaurants. Great stay.

Our first impression when we drove up to our entrance meet our expectations. The garage, walkway and entrance was clean and welcoming. Easy access into all spaces. The apartment was clean, spacious and was full of natural light. Loved the fans that kept the space cool. The kitchen had everything we needed. A big thank to our hosts. They were able to give us access early access and were responsive when we had questions. If they would have us again, we would love to come back. ❤️

The place was very nice and comfortable, felt right at home. All amenities were there and everything was within walking distance. It’s small but not too small just right for vacation in Long Beach. 100% recommend to anyone that needs a get away and lounge around at home!

We had a great time at Roger’s place! The location is fantastic. It’s right across the street from the beach and just a short walk to the pier and all the restaurants and shops. The home itself is very clean and comfortable. Enough room for my husband and I and 4 teenagers to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The home is stocked with everything needed, including lots of beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and board games. Communication with Roger was excellent. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had a great stay! The apartment was as described, perfectly clean, and comfortable. I loved how close it was to the beach and to downtown. The beach chairs and toys were a nice bonus. The hosts were very responsive and had a great book inside listing the activities in the area. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. There were plenty of towels for both the beach and bathing. Overall, it was great and we plan to stay there again the next time we visit Laguna Beach.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! We particularly enjoyed using the front patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee, while having the ambiance of the beach town. It was always sweet when people walking by would say good morning or just talk about the joys of the weather that day. This spot was also super close to the beach and we really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and go back home within minutes. The proximity to a grocery store and dining options was also perfect.

Robert and his family offers a great home located on Balboa Island that is next to the boardwalk. Enjoy moments at kid friendly beaches, watch families pass by on their boats or paddle boarding. The area is very quiet and Robert and his family were so accommodating to every need. We would definitely love to visit this location again!

Had a great stay! Perfect location, just one street away from the beach and the pier. Todd was very communicative. There was an issue with the garage during our stay and Todd took care of it very quickly and had clear communication through it all. We had an exceptional experience! Fits 4 people maximum. The two sofa beds unfortunately weren’t very comfy and could’ve used a mattress pad! Luckily, after a day on the beach we were so tired that it didn’t really affect our sleep.

Great place to stay for our Beach/Disney vacation. Just a block from the beach and 25 minutes to the parks. And everyone at HappiTravels was helpful— answered our questions and were there when we called.

Mila was a fantastic host. No detail was overlooked, the home was spotless and had every amenity you can imagine. The beach, the views and sunsets are unsurpassed. Every room has a full view of the beach & you cannot help but be relaxed. If you are considering Mila’s home for a vacation do not hesitate, jump on this right away. You will not regret it. Every request we threw at Mila was met with thoughtful consideration and in every case we were accommodated. We have stayed at a number of different Airbnb’s, this is by far the nicest property and best host we have ever experienced. We used the home as our headquarters for our wedding weekend, this included having a few visitors and every single one was over the top impressed with this home. You cannot go wrong staying here no matter how long or short your stay. We did not want to leave. Thank you Mila for adding so much to our weeding weekend!

We stayed at this beautiful beach house for a small family reunion and all of us loved it!! It comfortably slept 8 adults and 2 kids + 2 babies. Each family had our own bathroom which was great. It was in the perfect location and was just a couple minutes walk to the boardwalk/ grocery store. The property also came with 3 bikes and we had a lot of fun taking those around. The house was spotless and beautiful!

This is the perfect little place right next to New Port Pier. It was clean and spacious. It was fun to be next to the pier with all the restaurants and shops. The beach is just steps away and they have a cute farmers market on Sundays. It was perfect.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!

The place is so peaceful and steps away from the beach. As other reviewers have mentioned, can hear the sound of the waves from the space. Sheryl is awesome and responsive. The apartment itself is so clean and well-equipped.

I’ve come to Catalina a few times in my life, and this trip was by far the best one because I stayed at Trevor’s place. Hamilton Cove is stunning, and it’s awesome that it comes with a golf cart.

This place was very nice. The building was amazing and I enjoyed all the antique qualities about it and the friendly tenants. There were so many extra touches left for us. Close to everything, but that also meant that it was very loud at night until things settled. We were there on a long weekend though. I would stay there again without hesitation. The team stayed at a hotel and this beat it by far. Megan was amazing and responded within minutes. so, so nice!
