Mona's place is charming, cosy, bright, and welcoming, (there are three rocking chairs)! It's just like the photos lots of and with a view right out to the water! Mona met us at the door which was unusual in my experience but made perfect sense as she lives right next door. She was friendly, and efficient, making us feel right at home immediately. All three beds (all upstairs with the half bath) were super comfy and given Joe Batt's Arm is so peaceful, we had excellent sleeps! ~~ Mona has an artisan shop on the other neighbouring side of the house. Make sure you drop in there to browse the many, many locally handmade works of art and to have a chat with Mona too; I learned a lot about the culture of the area! ~~ Lots to see and do, absolutely beautiful scenery, worth hiking around, yet everything is a 5 to 10 minute drive away! ~ Looking forward to a return and highly recommend a stay!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! We couldn’t believe how big of a place it was. She had everything you could think of, provided. It’s the cleanest air bnb I’ve stayed at, that’s for sure. This place is cozy and has a wonderful vibe - comfortable and peaceful. You really feel like you are getting away from hustle and bustle. The view from the deck is stunning. The place has everything you need for cooking, entertaining and hanging out. The proximity to the East Coast Trail is a plus. It is a haven for furry friends.

We have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, and this was by far the best one, especially for the price. The place was spacious enough for our family of 2 adults and 2 small children, and the surroundings were beautiful. It was very close to the lake, in a private area, exactly like a nice summer cottage. Marcella left a ton of snacks, fresh bread, eggs and milk in the fridge, and there was even coffee, tea, cereal and oatmeal in the pantry. I cannot say enough good things. The space had everything we could have needed and more, and felt just like home. Husband kept saying it was paradise indeed. Our kids loved it and we were just sad we couldn’t stay longer. Whoever stays here won’t regret it!

A luxurious home with everything you need, plus many extra amenities! The hot tub was wonderful after a day exploring all the local areas, which you are inspired to do after viewing the artwork throughout the house. The property has a private and unique setting beside a waterfall that is magical. We loved our stay here, and absolutely recommend Ocean View Estate.

I can’t say enough nice things about this place. The home was perfectly clean and comfortable. My fiancé and I enjoyed the outside patio as well as the hot tub to relax in the evening while it rained. It was like hot tubbing in a private garden oasis. All the little things you might need are provided like coffee/tea sugar and spices. The bathroom was absolutely spotless. Shampoo, conditioner and body washes provided were of excellent quality ! Would love to come back to this spot again.

Beautiful views from the house! We enjoyed watching the boats and people hiking signal hill. Very quiet and peaceful while only taking about 10-15 minutes to get to downtown St. John’s! The parking was a bit tight and overwhelming but luckily the house is far back so we got used to it by the end of our stay.

Everything was great, it was really a great little tranquil place to stay !

Excellent camper with a view. Joan and family were so loving and warm. They even gave a tour of their home. Lovely and friendly cats and a puppy. She gifted a couple of sea dollars from the ocean as a sign of good luck. Such a beautiful charming family. Very responsive. Great conversations! The location was super beautiful. Would recommend anyone to come and stay. A big Thank You!❤️

We stayed at Adrian's for 5 days. The cottage was very clean and very tidy, there is everything you need for a quiet stay. There are 3 large bedrooms, very clean as well. We went down to the beach, which is a maximum of 10 minutes' walk away. Gaspé is a 35-minute drive and Percé is 1 hour 25 minutes away. The environment is very pleasant and peaceful, we 100% recommend this accommodation without a second thought.

A beautiful and clean space

The chalet was beyond our expectations! Very peaceful and a beautiful hidden gem. We needed a place to unwind and relax and not worry about life and what time of day it was and this place has it all! The art work is absolutely stunning!!Beautiful view of Island Pond from the fire pit spot too a gorgeous nite sky from the hot tub!!

We had a wonderful time! Loved all the little extras they provided at the cottage; s'mores bucket, water, soda, coffee and tea. The beds were super comfortable I want to find out where they bought the mattress and bedding! The fire by the water was so nice and relaxing. We purchased lobster from the wharf and cooked them outside Super fun weekend can't wait to rebook!

Stayed here for the weekend on a ski trip ! This place was awesome for our group, had 3 bedrooms and a full kitchen, good size living room with 2 bathrooms! The pool would be awesome in the summer, beautiful view & definitely a good value for the cost. Would stay again !

My boyfriend and I stayed here with my sister and her husband. The space was perfect for us all to fit. The spa tub was very relaxing after a long hike. We loved it! Clean and beautiful! The sunsets off the balcony were to die for. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had coffee and everything we needed. Kayla gave some good hike recommendations. Seaside restaurant is just a couple mins walk along the water and was delicious. Would def stay here again!

This is a great place, quiet, excellent location, beautiful views and place was spic and span. Check in was easy. the kitchen was adequate with nice size fridge, microwave, hot plate and Keurig machine. I did not need to communicate with Neil during my stay but if he's reading: thanks for the great spot. There is one area that could need some consideration. there is a bit of a lack of storage or hooks throughout the cottage. There should be a couple of hooks in bathroom to hang towels after shower. We were there 3 days for icebergs and trails so brought a number of different outdoor clothes and jackets and there was not a lot of hooks to hang jackets and such on. Other than this minor issue, I would return to this place anytime and recommend to people visiting beautiful Twilingate. Cheers

We had a wonderful stay at the Boathouse with our 3 year old!! We really appreciated the welcome gifts and lovely note upon arrival. David and Kim were extremely responsive with any questions we had leading up, and made sure our stay was perfect!! The boathouse had everything we needed. We found the bed comfortable which is always very important to us! The weather didn't cooperate for our long weekend stay, but it didn't even matter as there is a beautiful covered deck where you can still sit out when it's raining and have a fire overlooking the peaceful water! Our little guy loved making s'mores in the bonfire and throwing rocks into the water! Our only regret was not taking our little pups along for the adventure!!!

This place is an amazing place no matter if you are staying for a day or a week makes it feel like home while you are there would definitely stay again thank you

The place is behind and to the left of our hosts home, separated by a walkway. So the view has the wall of their house on the right, hot tub left with another house left forward. It’s beautiful straight ahead, wonderful sunsets. There’s a very big shared lawn that goes down to a lovely coastal walking/biking trail. We couldn’t tell which unit we were supposed to be going to. Our host stepped out of his house as we rattled their back door, thinking it was ours. He pointed us the right way, but didn’t say hello, introduce himself/welcome us. It’s possible he wasn’t the host but a guest in his house? Other than that awkwardness the place is perfect for sightseeing on the Cabot trail. It’s s a tiny well kept cottage with table service for 2, nespresso machine w/pods (thanks for the decaf and sugar!), microwave and fridge. There’s a cute cafe nearby with great sandwiches and another across the street. Comfy bed. Definitely reccomend staying here.

Incredible waterfront location! Beautiful view of the cove from the property. Many nice hikes within a few miles. Peaceful and serene setting, and a clean and comfortable home.

A magnificent view, a very nice little corner

Ida Bella is the perfect little getaway spot. Everything is beautifully decorated and well thought out including the plush artificial turf that surrounds the private backyard oasis.
