Myself and a few girl friends spent a weekend here and we had a wonderful time! The cabin is even more beautiful in person! Johnny is super friendly and very responsive to messages! I would totally visit again.

If you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy the view, this is the spot. My husband and I were looking for a relaxing weekend and this met all of the expectations.

What a brilliant spot for the May long weekend! The Merganser chalet was pure bliss and was everything we could have expected and more. Definitely worth a stay if you are in Port Blandford!

We had a wonderful stay at the Boathouse with our 3 year old!! We really appreciated the welcome gifts and lovely note upon arrival. David and Kim were extremely responsive with any questions we had leading up, and made sure our stay was perfect!! The boathouse had everything we needed. We found the bed comfortable which is always very important to us! The weather didn't cooperate for our long weekend stay, but it didn't even matter as there is a beautiful covered deck where you can still sit out when it's raining and have a fire overlooking the peaceful water! Our little guy loved making s'mores in the bonfire and throwing rocks into the water! Our only regret was not taking our little pups along for the adventure!!!

Daniel's place was absolutely perfect. It has absolutely everything you could need, and more. We had a great time and would go back again without hesitation. Added to that, Daniel was both responsive but also incredibly flexible and understanding. Thanks so much!

Lydia was fantastic. She was very kind/friendly/professional, and super responsive and helpful! The place itself was absolutely amazing. The loft, looking out over the trees was beautiful!! The hot tub was an amazing addition. It was such a cozy get-away. We hope to return!

A beautiful place, nice scenery, very private, very clean, comfortable beds, and a great place to unwind and relax. One night is hardly enough. We would like to visit again!

I always have things to complain about when I stay at air bnb's. They never live up to my expectations. However, there is not one thing I can say, which is negative, about this cabin. Spectacular views, spotless, lovely hot tub, comfortable furniture and cozy beds, lots of outdoor furniture and spaces, not far from CBS/St. John's, responsive hosts. They truly deserve all 5 stars. We would book here again, and may well do so! I do feel it's worth noting that it's located in cabin country so you have neighbours. There are plenty of trees to keep this property private but you can hear loud music from time to time. Also, there is no dishwasher.

Cast Away Lodge is a wonderful property, my family was in town for my son's wedding and it was really lovely to be able to have room for everyone for the weekend. I'd really love to return when I have more time to relax and enjoy the grounds and games! Thank you Mike & Beth, I'm so appreciative of the use of your home, really a dream.

Went this weekend with some friends for my birthday we had a great time! Very nice view of Bay of Chaleur to wake up to in the morning, Clean Cabin and facilities. Would Recommend. Super responsive host as well.

Clean, great view of mountains, for those not from the area,it is in Meat Cove, not Pleasant Bay. Vincent was very friendly. Cabin is very close to the beach.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this sweet spot in Norris Point! The cabin was very comfortable and cozy and the kitchen well-equipped! We had a beautiful view of Neddie’s Harbour just steps away for early morning walks with views of the mountains all around. Barbecue was great and nice touches including the wool blankets and the growler to fill when in Corner Brook. And Elaine was wonderful - thank you so much Elaine! We felt right at home at Little Wild Cove Suite. We had everything we needed. we liked being in a quieter location and the cove was beautiful at any time of the day.

Amazing little off grid cabin in the woods, exactly what we were looking for! Off the beaten path for sure, but still close to town. The instructions were perfectly clear, dirt road is just that, so for us exactly as expected. Take note in the description that the cabin mostly runs on solar (heat is separate, a smart feature!). We arrived on a rainy day so we did not have power but since we had been camping we were totally fine with this! And it was remedied promptly once we let the host know. Absolutely recommend for those looking to unplug but still have a couple creature comforts. Would book again!

From reservation to check out it was an excellent trip. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable, location was quiet and Elisabeth and Ernie were friendly and helpful hosts.

As an honest review, Paulo’s place was beautiful. The house is stunning, it has almost everything you could ask for, and overall it was a great place to stay. I will say, without AC it could get a bit warm, especially upstairs, although there are plenty of windows to open to let some fresh air in, and after dark there’s quite a breeze that blows through. There was plenty to do during our time spent at the lodge, the hot tub is awesome, lots of games to keep everyone entertained, a BBQ and a deck out back to enjoy the outdoors. Checking in and out was simple, I received the code in advance and the instructions were very easy to follow. You won’t need to bring any cooking utensils or appliances, there is everything you could ask for. The only thing that felt a bit unsettling, was the 3 cameras outside. Despite this, they are clearly disclosed in the listing, and I understand wanting to protect the investment, so I get it. Overall I’d highly recommend booking the lodge, we loved it!

Great cottage on a pond with beautiful views! Nice place to relax and have some downtime with the family. Cottage was super clean and clutter-free. And the kitchen had everything you need. Overall, 5 stars! Highly Recommend!

If you are looking for tranquility, this is the perfect place while being only minutes from the various services. Comfortable sofa and bed. Basic ingredients in the pantry: salt, pepper, oil, spices, sugar, coffee… I found it really nice! Very clean! We discovered a little treasure place!!! We hope to have the opportunity to stay there again!

The experience was fantastic! From the booking process to check-out, everything went smoothly. The host was incredibly friendly, sending me detailed check-in instructions in advance and offering lots of great local tips and restaurant recommendations. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the amenities were all well-provided. The bed was especially cozy, allowing me to rest well every night. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were even some basic ingredients in the fridge, which was a nice touch! The bathroom was also spotless, with reliable hot water and high-quality toiletries. The location of the accommodation was perfect, very close to the skyline trail. It made our trip even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations—it was not only comfortable but also felt like home. I’ll definitely choose this place again the next time I visit this city.

When we first walked into the cottage my family thought it was beautiful! They have lots of amenities there! 6 of us went and we were well taken care of! Communication was great! Such a sweet host. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone! Great for a nice little getaway! I also loved the sound of the water on the balcony! I’ll be sure to tell others. Nixons nest is a gorgeous place. We didn’t want to be in the city and it paid off with this gorgeous Air BNB. Megan was so amazing and answered the ton of questions we had. The price was reasonable and worth the view and ambiance. Her place welcomes you as if you were home and had literally anything you needed. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cooking equipment and many extras. The hot tub, view and quiet was the icing in the cake. I would highly recommend this place. The morning coffee on the wrap around deck with the view of the pond and birds singing was beautiful.
