A tiny house with the comforts of home. Single Bedroom stair free in-law suite with amazing sunsets and the feeling of being in the middle of the woods while still being close enough to enjoy a reasonable drive to some of the Finger Lakes best hiking trails, food, wineries and other destination locations. If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.

This was a perfect retreat while visiting my child at Cornell. Furnishings are charming, very clean, nice large room, and bonus of two friendly cats who came to visit. I hope to be back!

To be honest, I would love to have a little studio exactly like that to live in... I'm retired and that would be perfect for me and my 12 lb havanese... It was a little out of the way, but I'd highly recommend to anyone...

Such an amazing place!!! Beautiful, peaceful surroundings with peace n quiet! We had such a wonderful stay and perfect for our dog, who loves to swim. Cabin was great (warmer seasons can get a lil hot) but not bad at all and you have a cool pond to swim and float around… and only a short drive to the lake and Watkins Glen Park! Steve is fantastic and had great stories and just a great host! We’ll definitely come back!!! Highly recommend!!! Awesome place! Loved it

I had a great peaceful time. My bestie and I just needed quiet and BFF time. The view of the horses and pond was just great. Dog greeting in the morning was the perfect touch.
