Monthly Rentals in Newark

Our family of 3 stayed for just over a week and it was perfect. The space is modern and super clean, and had everything we needed. We felt at home straight away. The location is great in a cute square that felt like a movie set. And plenty of restaurants and shops nearby too. The washing machine and dryer were invaluable with a 4 year old! The hosts were fantastic, always responsive and helpful. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would definitely return when visiting my brother. Also so handy having a great coffee shop below. Being a ‘loft’ There is a steep staircase leading up to the flat but if you’re able this isn’t an issue.

If you don't like beautiful gardens and bordered wildflower preservation areas this might not be for you. However, if you want to feel connected to the power of nature, to decompress and take a breath of reality then you might just feel at home here. 'Best nights sleep I've had in a long time. the mattress in the guest house is AWESOME!!! I don't think I've ever slept in a bed that comfortable. The only thing that I would want that isn't offered is range in the kitchen, but I understand the issues that invites, and they do make allowances with kitchenette appliances so that's probably just a 'me' thing since I love to cook. We're definitely going to be repeat customers, not even a question about that. Breathe easy on the swing hanging under the tree while watching the bees go from bloom to bloom and the birds fill the air with song, including the occasional cluck cluck of a free-range breakfast dispenser. Such a great loft! Love the exposed brick and big windows. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was solid. The host, Jess, is just a great human being - highly recommend! I would definitely stay here again.
