This cottage was once a old school woodworking shop which is now on display at the old iron furnace town museum nearby. This beautiful three hundred year old town sits on the beautiful Pocomoke river with canoe, kayak, and bike rentals. Museums, art galleries, speciality shops, food and entertainment.

Plenty of free parking and use of backyard space. Room to park an RV , boat and trailers! Check in is after 3p, but an earlier check in may be arranged upon request. Check out is at 10a , but a late check out up to 12p may be arranged for an additional $30 fee.

It's located in the small town of Powellville, Md. It is 21 miles from Assateague, 20 miles from Ocean City, 12 miles from Berlin, 13 miles from Salisbury and 41 miles from Chincotegue VA. Sorry we do not allow pets as some guest have pet allergies.

Blair's condo was the perfect spot for our weekend trip. The condo was beautiful with all the necessities. It also has a good location, and is centrally located to Snow Hill shops and dining as well as a short drive from Assateague and Ocean City. We highly recommend this stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the loft! It was right like the pictures and it was very clean. the farm fresh eggs were a fun touch! :) The fun little touches, like the snacks on the table, the eggs in the fridge and the binder of local things to do were really appreciated! highly recommend this place!

We went for a music festival in Ocean City, and we stayed in Berlin which was only about 10 minutes from there which was perfect. We were able to relax, and it was quiet. Great place for families to stay. Berlin had a lot of cool little restaurants and shops to explore.
