This was a delightful stay for me. Clean and tidy. Easy to locate not only for cabs but the delivery service persons also reached the location without any calls or hassles. Jaya is a great host as she took care of all our needs. The house is also stocked with basic essentials so it's a comfortable start from the get go whatever time you reach there. Shall return soon to the property! Cheers.

We checked in very last minute to stay at Bithika and Amitabh’s wonderful home. Amitabh was there to assist us check in and could not have been more helpful. We unfortunately left a phone in a yellow taxi upon arrival and Amitabh was there to help us. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and we were very comfortable with a delicious breakfast. We were very happy to stay here.

Ravi is an amazing host and was very helpful and responded to all our calls. Mintu da was also very well mannered and made sure the guest feel completely at ease. The place was very well maintained and clean. The hosts make sure that all needs of the guests are taken care of and are true gentlemen. I highly recommend this place for families and solo travelers as it is close to many places of interest and local commute is very easy. I will surely book this place everytime I need a place to stay for a few days in Kolkata.

It is a true gem, right in the heart of Kolkata yet so quiet and peaceful. The amenities met and/or exceeded our expectations. The owner and the communicator/s were extremely caring and always eager to help out. Benoy, the attendant had been sweet, kind and helpful in every single way. It felt like home. Next time situation comes, will absolutely love to be back. A warm and sincere "thank you" to the host and her team.

My stay was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Due to construction work at the first property, the host arranged a second property for me. Both places were managed by the same host, and both were in great locations—so there was no inconvenience at all. The second property was even better—more spacious and comfortable—so I decided to extend my stay. The host made the transition smooth by personally helping me move from one property to the other. Throughout my stay, the host was incredibly friendly, reliable, and helpful. He even picked me up and dropped me off for shifting propertirs as I extended my stay and recommended some excellent restaurants. He was always responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The updated place truly felt like an oasis in Kolkata. I think everyone should visit and experience such warm hospitality. Admire that Prajwalika(owner)was very supportive in my request for check in and proactively asking about any requirements. We had a bit of a bumpy start, firstly in finding the place and then it was dusty. I wouldn't hold it against the hosts as there was construction going on next door. Mrinal, however, immediately made sure that the apartment was cleaned again and sorted for rest of our stay. A bit tight seating and dining area but it was very comfortable otherwise. The bedrooms were fairly big sized and comfortable, so were the beds. The kitchen was pretty well equipped and Shahjahan, the caretaker was very helpful. What stood out to us was Mrinal and Richa's hospitality and personal care to ensure that our stay was comfortable. Hands down, was amazing. Cleanliness I do believe could be better when compared to some other places I've stayed earlier, but then again, there was construction going on next door and dust was kind of inevitable. We kept windows closed all the time to save it; somewhat worked. and mosquitoes... that i think is a kolkata thing this time of the year. overall great stay!

Great Host. Would definitely recommend others, if they are looking to book their stay here. Good Cleanliness & Hygiene well-maintained. Clean Rooms, Bathrooms were super clean. The place is exactly the same as mentioned in the listing. Geysers, Refrigerator, AC, Cooking Induction, Rice Cooker and Crockery all were available as mentioned. The host is very helpful and friendly. Only the location while arriving is a bit confusing, but the host is always there to help, she is just a call away. Daily Market & Shops are all available nearby in walkable distances. Overall, a very good experience.

I stayed for 2 months. and going to stay for another 15 days post mid march. overall the property is really good. all scope of improvements is discussed with Ajay. looking forward for another amazing stay ahead.

The Property is really beautifully maintained and higenic. Felt like home atmosphere and Pradeep is such a great host. highly recommended for the family with or without pets very near to airport and all amenities are available nearby.

The 408 is a beautiful apartment with expansive rooms, thoughtfully curated interiors, user friendly appliances with a gentle undercurrent of homely warmth. The surroundings are shaded with greenery and we woke up to the sound of birds chirping. It was blissful. We hope to return to Shounak's place again.

We stayed at this place with family and kid for 10 days and had a wonderful time. Kaushik was an extremely responsive and helpful host. All the things kept at the stay made it just like our home. The location is ideal if you want to relax for the hustle and bustle. Would recommend!

It was easily located and check-in process was smooth. Place is well maintained and clean. Close to the airport. Overall a nice stay. Our host Joyjit was very helpful and responsive throughout.

Saba was a great host - very responsive and answered any questions we had. We didn't utilize the maid/helper, but if desired one can come clean each day. There is an A/C unit in each room and the Wi-Fi worked great. The flat is in a private/gated apartment complex and is safe and easily accessible. Swiggy (the food delivery app) accepts international credit cards and the delivery driver able to find the unit just fine. Saba also provided some recommendations for local street markets to visit. She was great and we would stay again!

Coming to any of Sonu's listings honestly feels like you're right at home. Sonu is always extremely accommodating, and she was able to host me within a day's notice despite a full calendar. The Service staff was on point. Their dedication and service is only surpassed by their attention to detail and their hospitality. Always a resounding YES to anyone considering booking with Sonu!

The property was too good. We went there for photoshoot sessions. Believe me, we stayed one full day. The host has given me the room at 11.30am only😍. Each and every thing was placed so nicely. Room was even more beautiful and better than showed in images😍. The 2 things, I loved most are the big LG tv with sexy sound and powerful Hitachi AC😌. The AC at 25 degree also feels like 18 degrees. There were good microwave oven, induction and geysers also. The sofa and background of Sofa helped us a lot in shooting portraits 😍😍. Another good thing is the room has smart lock. Also, the mattress was too good for couples😁. Great view from the big balcony🥹. Asutosh responded my each and every call. He took care of every single thing we needed. The washroom was too good and cleaned also. We are going to visit at Asutosh’s property regularly now.

Excellent place to stay. Host has done everything possible to make me feel comfortable at home. Home is very posh with a great furniture, location and all amenities. I will highly recommend this place for your travel to kolkata.
