During the early spring, the community is full of cherry blossoms, tea flowers, and other beautiful flowers.The villa occupies an area of 300 square meters with a front and back courtyard and a large terrace with an ocean view.Ordinary outsiders can't come to our neighborhood.On weekdays, when work is tight, or if you live in an apartment building, you can spend two or three days of recharging for a comfortable day.Walk down to Shallow Bay Park around 5pm in the evening for 10 minutes just watching the sunset/evening dusk.Or early in the morning at 6am, walk down to Shallow Bay Park and step on the sand to hear the waves lapping and watch the white-flung waves disappear in the sand, drinking a good cup of home-brewed tea or coffee, like being on an exotic coastline.It turned out to be so easy.There are also a few nice restaurants nearby for the price, you can also cook hotpot at home, grilled meat, utensils, as long as you bring your own ingredients.You should see it here!For two or three days, you don't have to be tired of rushing to catch a spot, this is called a rechargeable and slow life, isn't it! 2024/11/15 p.s. To provide guests with better quality recreational sports, the homeowners buy two Giant Leisure Bikes with small capital, free to use.You can ride Shallow Bay Park all the way to the beach, or take a leisurely ride in the community, you can take a real ride on the north shore.😜

You can see the sunset of Wufeng Mountain in the yard, and there are many attractions nearby, you can go to Bitan to see the water dance show, Ulaibubing, or drink tea in Pinglin.It's also close to the Yulong City shopping mall. Two suites on the second floor, one suite on the third floor, a small book reading area and a balcony on the third floor, and a laundry room. The entire building can be used as a kitchen or ordered out, and audio-visual equipment is available on the second floor at night for watching movies, singing🎤, and mahjong tables are available. There is a grill in the yard, you can bring your own ingredients if you want to grill. Breakfast ingredients will be provided for free, please cook your own.
