Apartment vacation rentals in New River Valley

We just stayed two nights in this apartment while in town to watch my son race at Lake Sugar Tree MX track in Axton. It was just a nice 20 minute drive. This apt is one of the cleanest Airbnb rentals we’ve stayed at. Beautifully decorated, super comfortable bed and pillows! Quiet and private. Will definitely book again for future stays.

We had a very nice stay at the Sunflower Suite. Patricia and Gene's place is super comfortable, quiet, and spotless. We felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. We enjoyed the gas fireplace in the morning. We would happily stay here again.

Elizabeth was kind and responded to messages very quickly. She made the check-in/checkout process very easy as well. The studio was exactly like the photos and was perfectly equipped for a longer stay. There are upstairs tenants that you might hear from time to time but they generally keep noise to a reasonable level. The place was cozy and easy to find. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Alex’s space truly felt like an extension of their home (and mine)! We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations, this is definitely one of the top Airbnb locations we have stayed in. Alex went above and beyond by giving a gift for our daughter graduating from VT which was the reason for our visit. Blacksburg is a wonderful place overall!

Joe’s place was in a great proximity to the local colleges, which is what we were there to see, so it worked out perfectly. Cleanliness is a big deal for me, so the fact that this place was spotless put me at complete ease.

This space was beautiful and ideal for anyone looking to travel here without needing a car. There’s a coffee shop right on the corner of the street (visible from the patio). And on top of that downtown Roanoke was only a 15 minute walk. The area was peaceful and felt safe. I always looked forward to returning to the space after a long day out and about. Very relaxing and we highly recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay and the amenities provided. We were able to ride our bicycles on the New River Trail in Galax. This was our second stay at Brian’s place and he excels in providing excellent amenities. The facilities were exceptionally clean and everything we needed was provided.

There is a queen bedroom and bath downstairs and a queen bedroom in the loft. Spotlessly clean home. Electric sofa with double recliners. All linens for bathroom and beds are white and neat. Cost of $1400 for one night during g VT graduation

This was the perfect home away from home. Not only was it stylish, clean, and peaceful (I was working remotely while my husband was in a conference nearby), it was so perfectly located. We walked literally everywhere and really enjoyed its proximity to things! We will definitely look to book again when we can! Thanks Jason.

The stay was wonderful! Michelle is very responsive and so kind! The condo was clean, spacious, welcoming and had everything we needed. It was truly a home away from home! The location is unbeatable within walking distance to campus, restaurants and shopping. We truly enjoyed our stay and it really helped make our son’s graduation special. Robbie’s place was amazing! The perfect size for what we needed and had all the items we needed (towels, soap, etc). Easy to find and enter with the clear instructions. Would definitely recommend!

The place was very clean and easily accessible. David was very responsive and helpful. The beds were comfortable, there was coffee and all sorts of toiletries available in case something was left behind!

Our stay at The Secret Garden was very enjoyable. Mark was a great host. The apartment was a recently renovated upstairs of an old house in the West End neighborhood of Roanoke. Accommodations were very nice. The place was very clean, and all appliances were new. The light breakfast and snacks were a good touch.

We loved our stay at Lucy’s place. The space was open and bright. It had a wonderful kitchen and open floor plan. It was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. The king bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Walk to coffee shops which was a plus. Would definitely stay here again!!!

We had a great stay! It was a great location for my family to explore Grandin and Roanoke!

We had a wonderful stay while in for a wedding. The cottage is so cute and homey. It has everything you need for a great stay plus some thoughtful extras. I must also say the beds are so comfortable and the hot tub was a great way to end our days. Highly recommend staying here.

Our stay in Floyd was incredibly peaceful—tucked in the heart of nature, quiet, private, and serene. Kathryn was a wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The hot tub was a perfect touch for relaxation. The kitchen was well stocked. We also attended a beautiful Mother’s Day gathering in the main house with music and a potluck, which was truly special. The hosts made the entire experience even more memorable. We loved every moment!

We had a fantastic stay at Olde Beau, and Bryan was extremely helpful setting up our vacation and felt all of our needs would be meet. The neighborhood is beautiful and felt secluded among mountain views. We played a few rounds on the well groomed golf course.And enjoyed adventures at the near by Stone Mountain. The area has a lot to offer and explore. Highly recommend for a mountain escape.

We not only enjoyed the lake, boating, kayaking, hot tubbing and all we needed to have s'mores in your fire pit by the river, but really enjoyed meeting and getting to know you as well. It's been wonderful staying here when visiting Pilot Mountain & Hanging Rock State Parks. The spa is not to be missed. Jaime's place is outstanding! We have been here twice now and looking forward to our next trip back.

WOW! What a gem. This was perfect for graduation weekend. Carol was the hostess with the mostest. We loved the private space and beautiful view from the deck. Really appreciated the full kitchen space. Every little amenity Carol provided made our trip complete. Can’t wait to go back.
