When visiting the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, stay at this quaint stone cottage less than a mile off of Route 19 in downtown Oak Hill, WV. Things to Note: This little cottage has skylights upstairs, so light floods into this space from sunrise to sundown. Also, the mattress is firm. Finally, the hot water is provided via a tankless hot water heater, which has been known to cause water temperature variability.

We are located within the city of Oak Hill so no crazy backroads or surprises : ) Relax on our back porch, around the firepit, or inside in the air conditioning after a great day of having fun! Richmond’s Meadow Creek Hideaway Cabin #3

Our fun sized Cabin #3 is 120 sf, roughly the size of a standard bedroom; however it includes a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette, loft bed area, and a futon sofa that makes a bed. We have satellite tv, wifi, ac, linens provided, kitchenware, and a large deck with a propane grill. We also have a back yard with a fire pit and wood provided. This Cabin is open seasonally April through October yearly.

Centrally located, we are less than 1 mile from WV Tech and the VA Medical Center and just minutes from 2 other local hospitals, shopping and restaurants. We are 13 minutes to I-77 or I-64, 20 minutes to the Grandview section of the New River Gorge National Park, and 30 minutes to Fayetteville, one of WV's coolest small towns.
