Vacation rentals with beach access in New Quay

Our visit was very last minute and Kim was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was a little gem, right on the seafront and so easy to pop out for a late evening walk on the Victorian prom in the setting sun. The apartment had everything we needed and we will definitely contact Kim again if we ever return to Aberystwyth.

Good location, stunning view from the balcony, lots of steps to the 4th floor, not a problem for us but just be aware. Clean, spacious. Sophie was very responsive and informative Would definitely book again 🌟

The apartment was really nicely presented and had everything you could need for a family stay. Lisa was great at communicating and the apartment guide was super helpful both for the property and the area. Being literally across the road from the beach was fantastic, sometimes we didn't even put our sandy shoes back on to get home! We chose this place because it suited our family of 3 (no stairs for our 1 year old) and after we'd moved all the ornaments out of reach it was perfect, although you could have happily had a much larger family there. Would stay here again!

Well-equipped, spacious and comfortable property. THe views from the living room and bedroom are superb.

Our stay was beautiful! The apartment was stunning, the pictures don’t do this interior justice. It was clean, warm and we had the best night sleep! There were so many lovely little editions for our kids too including colouring books, board games and beach toys. The local area was quiet but with the beach, a playground and restaurant on our door step, our first day meant we had everything we needed whilst we navigated the local area. The welcome book was really thorough as well! The pages on things to do was really helpful and we ended up going to dinosaur park for the day- a great choice! We would definitely recommend this apartment and location!

Great location and accommodation. Kitchen was well equipped with all we could need, and extra lovely touches like dressing gowns were much appreciated as we had travelled by train. Easy walk to the train station, and everywhere within Aberystwyth really! Beds comfy and our kids slept well on the sofa bed too. Mobile provided on booking didn't respond to a message, but then had a great call from the owner who was able to provide early check in and general great support. Unfortunately a fire alarm sounded when we were there, but the host answered even early in the morning and was able to resolve the issue. Overall a great stay and would happily stay again.

Absolutely lovely 1 week stay at Ann's cottage..it was a breath of fresh air...wonderful peacefull location...cottage inside immaculately clean throughout. We couldn't stay away from Poppit Beach...the dogs had us up early every morning to go 😆 we couldn't of asked for better weather...had a lovely meal in The Ferry in just down the hill...well worth a visit the food was to die for...the Community pub was also very nice...very welcoming...didn't want to leave and go home...but back to work and reality now 😆😆 will definitely return...promised the dogs we will 🐶🐶🐶

Pete and Tracy are fantastic hosts of a unique stay. The history behind the place is fascinating, and is still there to be seen. From wallpaper to rock-sorting plates from workhouse to guesthouse, it's all still there for you to see and feel. We enjoyed brilliant weather, so made the most of local walks, beaches and some outside dining at great local restaurants. I'm sure we'll be back. 10/10

What a picture perfect place to spend a few days in this area. The house was super clean and the view across the estuary was a definite wow moment! The house has the best equipped kitchen and even some extra fridge space in the basement. The only downside for us was that there is only one shower, and when you have six adults going to a ‘do’ it was a bit of a military operation, but that aside, we had the most wonderful stay. Great stay at Gill’s place. The view is even better in person. The house is very spacious and clean. Perfect for couples traveling together. We loved our time on the deck enjoying the view. Highly recommend and wish we had had more time (and better weather 😂) to enjoy the place.

Lovely cottage, great value for money. Clean, well equipped. I would definitely use again as so much better than a hotel. The recommended parking is over a busy road where it is quite difficult to cross safely back to car. Parking availability is quite hit and miss depending on the time of day.

What a lovely place to stay! The house is very quirky but in the best possible way. We had a lovely welcome from Ben and, Betty kindly let the kids feed the rabbits. The selection of books and piano were a lovely touch and made us feel right at home. It is in a great location and had plenty of space. The garden was divine and we would love the come back!

Gary was welcoming and helpful. The accommodations had everything I needed for short stay and longer stay. The views over Goodwick and Fishquard are stunning. It’s peaceful easy to park. I would highly recommend and look forward to staying again. I visited for the yearly Fishquard folk festival which was awesome.

Great base for exploring Aber! The sofa bed was really easy to make up & super comfy. The bedroom was really quiet being at the back of the property. Loved sitting in the lounge at night watching the lights change colour on the pier. James was really quick at responding to any questions- and he let us check out late which was really helpful with two little ones . The switch for the towel rail was on the right hand side in the hot water cupboard - which was really helpful to dry all our towels. It was very homely & we would definitely stay again when back in Aber. Thank you!

I had a beautiful 3-night break in Naomi's place with my teenager. Naomi welcomed us on arrival and was really lovely and helpful. The annex is just adorable, and everything was as we'd want it to be. The location is so peaceful and tucked away, but only a few minutes' walk to Aberporth Beach (uphill on the way back so took us longer!). The garden and summerhouse were a lovely bonus when the sun eventually shone, and we enjoying petting the friendly grey cat. I would totally recommend Naomi's place, and hope to return.

Lovely apartment in a great neighbourhood. Steepish hill walk in (and out) of Saundersfoot but manageable and there is a harbour car park if you are less able and there is a bus service. Try to book in advance for restaurants as some are very popular. Well equipped property with parking and lovely feel about it. Definitely recommend.

Charlottes place is a great spot to stay in Tenby. Great location close to many restaurants, cafes and an easy walk to the harbour. Would definitely recommend!

The location is great, right on the seafront but sheltered, with a great view. Lovely spacious accommodation. This is the best apartment we have found in Aber and will definitely be back.

An outstanding property with incredible views. Ros could not have been more helpful - answering enquiries and going so far as to call on our departure. Tenby was looking at its best - such a beautiful town. The views over North Beach to the harbour. Absolutely worth every penny.

My stay at the apartment was brilliant! Open the front door immediately onto the harbour, with local bars and restaurants within yards. A short walk through the alley and you are in the town centre. South beach is dog friendly, about 10 minutes walk away. We enjoyed walks along the Pembrokeshire coastal path which, joins up from the town centre.
