Down a short right-of-way, with no road noise, this apartment would suit a couple or two individuals. You will love this location and the private section. No cleaning charge.

"Chilled On Lemon" is a funky spacious bungalow on the edge of the CBD within 5 mins. walking distance of the beach, walkway, supermarkets and restaurants. Is a 15 min walk to Pukekura Park, Racecourse and Bowl of Brooklands. Continental breakfasts included. Very sunny with a large deck.
