The pictures of this property do not do it justice. Beautiful Victorian house. One of a line of Victorian homes. Gorgeous. This is a perfect place for a couple or a single traveler. I was impressed with Barnesville and Miriam's place.

Carol is a great host. Her property was spotless clean and very well managed. It had everything we needed for our long-term stay. She was always available to answer our questions and take care of any needs. I would definitely book a stay with her again in the future!

This was the first time I have rented an Airb&b. So glad I did it was right on the canal with a great view, it was super clean and the bed was so comfortable. It is right in the heart of the shops and wedding venue lots of places to walk and trails, made me feel like I was on a vacation. Sarah was so nice, helpful and quick to respond with recommendations. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Sarah for being a great host!

The place was extremely nice and clean. Jackie was an amazing host and was very responsive whenever we had questions. Can walk to all the little shops and bars nearby which was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

The house and property were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed feeding and watching the animals in the pasture and the birds. We were a little disappointed that the hostess didn't contact us at all during our stay to see if we had everything we needed. Some of the listed amenities were lacking.

Sara was very responsive as soon as we booked and was extremely easy to work with. The house is very clean, with a fenced in private yard, and a bonus of a lot of cable channels! Super close to walk into town and enjoy the shops. Private parking and cozy atmosphere, it felt very welcoming!

We especially appreciated the quiet surroundings, scenic views, and the sense of calm that came with being in such a unique part of the country. The hosts were kind, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. Whether you’re looking to unplug, relax, or explore a charming area rich in tradition, this is a perfect spot. Highly recommend!

All and all we loved the place , very relaxing , and super homey ! We caught some nice bass and black croppie out of the pond. The only thing I have to complain about was the smell of sewage and the hard water and ants inside. Other than that it’s definitely worth the price and very family friendly ! Will definitely book again 🙂

We enjoyed our overnight stay. The house was extremely clean and well cared for. The pictures do not do it justice. It was very welcoming and peaceful. The homemade bread and coffee cake were a wonderful surprise. The views of the sunrise in the morning from the front porch were beautiful. We had one little hiccup, the adjoining apartment had a relative staying there which was not an issue at all. Unfortunately there were a few times during the night that loud noises from there woke my daughters. We would definitely go back. Miriam was such a great host, very attentive.

We attended a wedding and wanted a place that we could enjoy with our adult children, their spouses and our grandkids. This house was perfect for the 10 of us. Older home charm with updated amenities and kitchen. Everything we needed plus. The grand boys didn't want to leave. Games, toys, space, tons of towels, dishes, cookware, you name it it was there. Super peaceful with wildlife to watch from the deck. It was outside of town but a short drive to stores, restaurants, and the wedding venue. Exceptionally clean and our host Kari was very responsive. Would absolutely recommend this home, you will not be disappointed.

This was the best stocked Airbnb we have ever stayed in! And its wonderfully clean and organized! We like to prepare our meals and eat at the home. This house was truly a home away from home. And it was beautifully stocked for cooking, we grilled on the patio grill! We loved the fire pit area. It has so many thoughtful extras provided that truly sets this Airbnb apart! If we come into the area again, we will be back!
