Monthly Rentals in New Milford

This is our 3rd stay at Jessica’s place. We always enjoy our stay. The cottage is lovely. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Jessica is a very responsive host. We hope to stay here again next time.

We had a great stay! The house is very nice, with a spacious backyard and plenty of things to do inside. The kitchen was well-equipped and made cooking easy and enjoyable. Clinton was quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. The grass was a bit high. Also, just a friendly reminder to be cautious about insects—we did find a few ticks on ourselves and our dogs. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the peaceful setting and thoughtful amenities.

Justyna and the Forteca Estate team were absolutely fantastic—super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Anytime we had a question, whether it was about the Wi-Fi or a late check-out, they replied within minutes. The house was perfect for our group of 13, with plenty of space and even an extra couch. It’s massive, clean, and beautifully maintained. The backyard was more than we needed, but we especially loved spending time in the hot tub and pool. We brought way too much food and cooked a lot, and the kitchen had everything we needed—pots, pans, utensils, and more. It felt private and relaxed, and we never felt like we were being watched or restricted. There was plenty of room to dance, play games, and just enjoy ourselves. The location was also ideal—less than two hours from Manhattan, which made it super convenient for our group. I’m already looking for an excuse to come back. Huge thanks to Justyna and the team for making our stay so memorable!
