Quiet location but also closer to the local highway. Comfortably fit three adults or two adults with two children. Since we noticed few parties already. Please be aware that we don’t accept any parties. Maximum four people, five the most if you have children

Convenient Mckinney Apt (1 King)

Stay at this 1 bedroom (King) apartment only a few miles from downtown McKinney. Centrally located next to Medical City McKinney at the intersection of Highway 121 and 75. 1 Bed (King), 1 Full bathroom and a fold out couch. Stair-access only (not handicap friendly). Zero party tolerance. Camera at the front door to break up parties before the 4th person shows up and you will be fined and lose your rental fee.

Rustic Ridge offers a tiny space with big comfort. Located adjacent to our main residence you will enjoy a safe and serene retreat. The bed is full size. Enjoy the sites and sounds of nature as you watch the horses graze and the birds soar. Our space requires a 2 step entry and is in a rural setting. It is a great place for individuals that can navigate our rural setting and varied terrain.

Our tiny house is a short, 5 minute or less walk to McKinney’s downtown square which features a variety of unique shops, restaurants, bars, live music, and more.
