The carriage house is bright & cozy with lovely views & private patio - great for nature watching. We live in the adjacent converted barn. 3 miles from historic Frenchtown on the Delaware River, close to Bucks County with a great variety of restaurants, miles of towpath & old river towns to explore.

As you make your way through the first level, you will find a mudroom with exterior access and an adjoining half bathroom, a dinning room and a kitchen with access to the outdoor deck and large fenced back yard. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one extra room, along with a bathroom. The rooms are surrounded with both garden and river views.

Set in a bucolic backdrop, the studio is 1/2 mile from historic Carversville village, which hasn’t changed since the 1800's. Perched high above a gurgling creek, surrounded by woods, we are situated on a secluded tree-lined road that is extremely popular for walkers, runners and bikers. Rock in the motion chair on the deck while sipping coffee; enjoy the peacefulness and spectacular view. The towns of New Hope, Lambertville, Stockton, Lahaska and Doylestown are just a short drive away.

Come and enjoy this newly created loft space just for you! Truly a one of a kind accommodation, our location offers you both the convenience of a short walk to town, and the serenity and beauty of Delaware River living. Your weekend getaway occupies over 600 square feet , boasts a river view balcony, two tv's, internet and off street parking... Two night minimum, no pets, and while we do not have a kitchen there is a refrigerator, microwave and please do enjoy a cup of coffee on us.
