Trader Joes and other great shopping are a 2 minute drive away. Sacred Heart and Fairfield U are 5 minutes away. We're right across the street in case any of us forgot anything :).

This is a historic Italianate 1841 Mansion - original 9 foot ceilings, native white oak flooring throughout. The mansion and surrounding 4 acres of gardens, lawns, meadow and picnic area are a beautiful quiet place to relax by yourself or to plan with us your events or group gatherings. The 4th bedroom on the 1st floor is available only for groups larger than 6 people. Guest quarters are located in the main part of the house. My wife and I live in a separate part of the house.

The full kitchen, separate living room, with desk & TV, bedroom, & bath with tub/shower, makes the apartment a cozy home-away-from-home, or vacation spot. It is great for weekend visits or longer extended stays.
