The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, rabbits, a horse, and 2 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

Get away from it all in this beautiful new cabin at the center of a private wooded 100-acre farm. Enjoy relaxing on the covered porch, grilling out or fishing the stocked pond. Although there is no Wi-Fi, cell service is accessible. If you choose to bring your boat, electric is on-site and a roundabout allows for easy boat parking . Will have WiFi and remote workspace soon (estimated 3/31/24). Currently has desk and computer monitor in LL bedroom.

The master features a Tempurpedic queen, en suite with tub & shower. Bedroom 2 has an innerspring double/full bed & is beside a second bathroom with shower.

The place feels like a cabin in the woods. It sits on 11 acres with two ponds and an outside fire pit to enjoy. It has a very large deck overlooking the pond and woods with a patio table and chairs also a propane fire pit. Watch the deer and turkey as they pass through. All necessities needed are just up the road at Dollar General. It’s about a mile to Bethel and about 25 min. To 275. Contractors welcome.
