It has two parking spaces on the ground floor, a half bathroom for visitors, a dining room, a kitchen with a bar, a back and side garden, and two bedrooms with their own bathroom and closet on the first floor. Sports courts (tennis, basketball, soccer, fronton), children's games, lots of green areas.
