Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Nevada

Great place for us and the dogs. Close to Water Street for good food and drinks. Vegas strip only a short drive away. Place was very clean and beds comfy. Would stay here again.

My friends and I booked Ginny's place for a girl's weekend trip to Virginia City. It's well located - close to plenty of restaurants and stores, but also in a very quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for us. It also provided a lot more amenities than a motel closer to VC would have. The landscaping at the home is quite lovely. The home is spacious and clean, and we enjoyed using the kitchen and the hot tub during our stay. There are some strict rules to follow, but they aren't difficult and help keep the home nice. If you're looking for a nice, peaceful place to stay for a trip to Reno, VC, or the surrounding areas, I'd definitely recommend Ginny's place. You get what you pay for!

We loved our stay! My kids didn’t want to leave. There was more than enough towels for the bathrooms and the pool separated by color. The multiple toilets, tvs, beds and couches were a huge hit! We used the bbq a couple times and made some pretty yummy burgers! The beds and pillows were heavenly… We slept extremely well! There’s hand soap at every sink as well as lotion (lotion in every room as well). There’s also shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent. This house has it all! Myriam was very attentive to us. Anytime I had a question or concern, it was taken care of right away. Only down was that the people before us misplaced the garage remote, so we didn’t have one our entire stay. The spa heater kicks off once it hits 104 but does heat really well! The bowls in the kitchen need to be deeper; they were more like salad bowls. My kids like to eat cereal, so we improvised using the cocoa cups. All in all we loved our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

I chose Alan and Christine’s place to host my family during my wedding weekend, and this was a choice I would again and again thank myself for in the 7 days I spent there. Everything about this place is truly delightful, and appointed perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for a more responsive host, and it may have been the easiest check-in I’ve found on Airbnb. I’ll definitely seek it out the next time I’m in Vegas.

At this point Nicollete is like family 😄 this is our 3rd stay at this residence and we love it and the kids love it. Very clean, nice and safe neighborhood tucked into the mountain. About 20 min to the strip and airport. Lovely neighbors, I’m telling you, please book here, this is our go to Vegas Rental Home! 5 ⭐️!!

We absolutely loved staying here and having ALL the family together in one place! Michelle and Eddie are the best hosts and were so accommodating to all our needs! We highly recommend this beautiful home and will definitely stay here again! It was amazing in every aspect!

Great house for a short stay in Tahoe. Very cute. Fully stocked. Good indoor and outdoor hangout areas. Only minor inconvenience that it was a little hard to find arriving at night and a door dash order also had trouble finding the house. Not a big deal at all, just make sure you give clear instructions to first-time visitors so that they don’t go to the neighbors house!

Great house and great hosts! Proactive communication and super easy to get in. Was a beautiful home with fun amenities! Only ~3 miles from the strip, easy to take a cab or uber. Walking distance to a nice gym (I got a week pass for 50 bucks). Thanks again! Appreciate it!

LeAnn hosted us for Memorial Weekend, and the place is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. She was super responsive, and the pool and jacuzzi were lovely. Great stay for the weekend! Enjoyed the backyard very much and there were so many things to entertain my family with.

Comfortable house in a nice, private location with good access to local highways. A nice range of grocery stores within a 10 minute drive made it easy to pull together meals for our family of six, all adults. My daughter brought her dog for the weekend. Immediate neighborhood has sidewalks and minimal traffic and a local park around the corner which worked out very well even with the 100+ degree afternoon heat.

The most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stood in ! The house was located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood (quiet hours suck but it’s the rules ) we made it work. We celebrated my friend’s bachelorette weekend and it couldn’t have been any better. Shawn was very clear on instructions , house was clean , more than enough room I think maybe 2 of the rooms could use a tv but overall outstanding ! Highly recommend!

Our group had an incredible trip! The house was exactly like the photos (possibly even better) and slept 10 adults comfortably. The hosts were incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. It was a peaceful location up the mountain only 5 minutes from the ski lift and less than 10 minutes from downtown South Lake Tahoe. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The home itself was thoughtfully equipped with everything one could possibly need, leaving us wanting for nothing. We have no regrets about our stay whatsoever; we truly could not have asked for a better place to enjoy a few days of much-needed relaxation. Highly recommended!

We stayed over Memorial Day in May with a group of four families, including three children, and found this to be a wonderful place for staying with kids. The entire space was clean, well-organized, and very family-friendly. There were plenty of activities for the children, including ping pong, basketball, and arcade games, making it an ideal spot for a family gathering. Some of the equipment was a bit dated, and we noticed a few parts that might benefit from replacement, but everything was still functional and didn’t cause any issues during our stay. The host was very responsive to our questions, and although we initially had trouble accessing the internet at the entrance due to a password issue, the host quickly worked to resolve it. The location was also very convenient, with many nearby amenities and great restaurants, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

This place is a really great value, especially compared to some of the other places you could rent in Southlake Tahoe. Yes there are steps, but they’re really nothing much. And the place was very clean for us. With the steps you get epic views.

First off, the place was exactly as described. The location was great, about a 1000 feet above the lake, and the view was spectacular. Scenic drive to shops, the various beaches and other lake sites. The Fox & Hound restaurant is highly recommended.

Tess was an amazing host. Very responsive and also proactive on reaching out during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Check in was an extremely easy process and inside we found a very helpful guidebook on how to work all of the household amenities. The house was very spacious and clean. The backyard was beautiful: overlooking the golf course, with a jacuzzi and grill. They also had a large assortment of fun board games in the living area! Check out was easy with clear instructions. Our stay was wonderful and I definitely recommend this AirBnB if you are looking to stay in the Incline Village area.

Beautiful home with lots of space, great amenities and comfortable beds. Zephyr Cove is a lovely, quiet area but still close to local restaurants, shopping and hiking trails. The hosts were very responsive and promptly answered our questions. I would definitely stay here again.
