Bei Tiny Flat 1 ist der Name Programm😊 Sie verfügt über ein kleines Schlafzimmer (14 qm) eine Mini Küche und ein Badezimmer. Die FeWo befindet sich im Erdgeschoss auf der linken Seite und hat einen separaten Eingang. Im Hinterhof gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück.
