Small functional apartment ideally located close to amenities and the train station, it is rather easy to find a parking space in the street, everything was perfect for our short weekend stay and the hosts are welcoming and responsive.

Second stay at Émilie's, apartment still as clean and pretty. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy anything this time because the flu kept me bedridden as soon as I arrived, but Émilie was extremely understanding and accommodating to help me as much as possible. I thank her for that.

Very pleasant stay. The apartment is comfortable and functional, in a quiet and charming pedestrian street, in the city center of La Ferté-Bernard. Very good bedding. All shops and the recreation area are within walking distance. Easy parking nearby. Communication with Christine was very easy and responsive. We highly recommend it!

The house is extremely well located, peaceful and close to the Le Mans circuit. Perfect for a Grand Prix or 24-hour weekend. It takes ten to fifteen minutes to get there. The house is well appointed and equipped. The veranda is perfect for spending well-deserved restful evenings after a day of touring. Catherine is a very accommodating and friendly host. The "special" weekend price of the tour is high, like all accommodation in the area, because there are many requests. But the location close to the circuit is a big advantage. On a "normal" weekend the location and accommodation are to be remembered for a very pleasant stay. Thank you to Catherine.

We were hosted very well in a very beautiful house, an old farmhouse renovated with talent. Each room in the house is lovely. Indoor pool large enough to cool off. it was very good.

What can I say about this PERFECT house; perfect location, perfect layout, perfect cleanliness, perfect host. In short, you will have understood, if you have a stay to spend near Le Mans, do not hesitate, this is the house to rent.

this is the second time we've gone to Gérard's. It is a quiet and perfect place to spend time with family or friends. Thanks Gérard for making coffee, tea and oil available to us. There was also a bottle of rosé wine as a welcome gift. The bikes were very useful. We enjoyed the petanque court, foosball, pool and ping-pong. Thank you so much for hosting us, Josiane. We'll definitely come back.

Excellent welcome from Seb, always available, attentive. Very clear access explanations. Seb is very flexible on schedules. Very well appointed and very clean cottage. The spacious and very nice bedroom, very large bathroom as well. The place is very quiet. We'll be back. We have a great memory of our stay. We would recommend Seb's place in a second.

We have stayed here several times now and love it! It is the perfect stopover for us on our journey south. our children are very fond of it and the hosts are always friendly and kind about our poor french! We love how uncomplicated it is. we have everything we need. We got in very late and were rushed because we were moving into a new home in France the next day, but they were very kind about it and understanding about our disorganisation on this visit.

You can go out so much as a second thought! The apartment is splendid and very well arranged with all the comforts you have at home. Thanks to Patrick for hosting.

Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!

Wonderful and welcoming place to stay. A beautiful and a typically ‘French’ style apartment and attention to detail in every aspect was superb!

Lovely and very comfortable apartment, with great location close to the centre of Le Mans. Short walk to shops, great restaurants and bars. Our hosts went the extra mile to make sure our check in was easy. Would definitely recommend.
