Vacation rentals with a patio in Neuville-lès-Dieppe

Everything was perfect, the decoration was done with great taste. The sauna is very quick and easy to use. The bedding is very nice. Everything was as described. We were amazed by the very ingenious door automation system. The location is ideal in the middle of Rouen, close to parking lots (paid, but it's Rouen). Too bad the checkout is so early (10 a.m.) because we would have liked to have been able to sleep in a little (it was raining more that day, perfect weather for that). We will be back!

I spent 3 weeks here in Christine's apartment to attend a language school for French. The stairs are a little narrow with the suitcase, but easily accessible and well lit. The apartment is located in the upper part of an old house with a lot of charm, is very nice and furnished with a lot of flair. The kitchen is also very nicely equipped with spices, salt, pepper, etc., nothing is missing. Living room with small sofa, TV and table neat and clean. Shower with good water pressure and also enough hot water. On the upper floor is the bedroom with bed and separate dressing corner. Sleeping up here was very nice, the nights basically very quiet. Communication with Christine was excellent, she always responded within a short time. Even when birds in the attic caused noise at 5:30 am, Christine and her husband responded very quickly and called a roofer to close the entrances, this was very great. Good recommendation from me.

Great and large apartment with a very nice veranda overlooking the main square from where you can see the sea. We loved our stay, we would recommend it without so much as a second thought!

Very nice place to stay overlooking the Seine. We had our bikes with us on our tour and were able to take very nice tours from there. Rouen can be easily reached via the direct bus connection in front of the door within 30 minutes.

Beautiful studio for 2 people, nice . Damien is a very nice person,very responsive to the message,we ran out of the remote control (HS batteries) in the evening ,we sent a message and he came directly to change them. I would recommend it

Very well located apartment, quiet, 10-minute walk to the historic city center and close to shops and the market. Perfect for visiting Rouen and surrounding area. The accommodation is spacious, very well equipped and nicely decorated with in addition a small terrace that overlooks the canopy of trees on the street that gives the feeling of being in the forest! Elise is very responsive and friendly. Good location!

The stay was very nice. Sophie and Thomas were very flexible and accommodating. I would recommend it.

We had a relaxing weekend in Neïla and Damien's peaceful and charming studio. Everything is designed to make you feel good: beautiful environment, quiet, beautiful services... To be discovered without hesitation!

Wonderful quiet house with a large garden. The house was very charming and has 4 bedrooms (3 on the top floor). Ideal for families with young children. The charming village of Veules les Roses is very close.

Want to discover the Baie de Somme? You have to be in St. Valery. Want to stay in St Valery? It's at the Belvedere that you have to knock. Louis and Carl are very welcoming hosts, attentive but discreet, who have made their home a peaceful haven. Everything is perfect: comfort, equipment, location and views from the beautiful garden. Go there without a second thought; you'll only want to go back.

A stay with friends in Fultot at Carline and Yann's. What can I say except that we had an extraordinary stay!! Everything was perfect: the accommodation was very clean, very functional, everything is designed to make us feel at home. The setting is just sublime and everything to keep you entertained (swimming pool, jacuzzi, petanque court, ping pong table) without forgetting the outdoor bar with its large TV. As for the owners Carline and Yann, we quickly became friends as they are adorable, attentive, available but discreet. In the end, we felt like we were staying with friends. We had a great stay with a group of 9 friends. The house is spacious and the garden offers an incredible patio with a great view. Guy was a great host and very responsive, his wife was kind enough to give us a tour of the place upon arrival, making sure we lacked no comfort! Highly recommend, private and spacious place for a getaway with friends or family!
