Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

On the property, there is another vacation home with 3 apartments. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. In the immediate vicinity is a 1000 m² meadow which is ideal for various ball games or other activities. We can also offer you boat and bike rentals.

Blue house on Lake Plauen

The vacation home is located in Quetzin. Over the last few years, we've renovated it from scratch. Lake Plau is only 100 m away. A nice swimming area is 3 minutes away. The sleeping loft is the highlight of the house. Unfortunately, the stairs up are very steep and not necessarily suitable for small children. A sofa bed is also available.
