Alfredo was very kind and attentive to all the things we asked him and was always available. The apartments are very comfortable and safe, they have a kitchen and everything you need. In addition, there is coffee, mate and cookies for breakfast.

A compact kitchen features an orange accent wall with a window dressed in light fabric. Counter space is provided next to the stove and a small refrigerator. The layout accommodates essential appliances, ensuring a functional area for meal preparation.

Everything ten points!! Mercedes is a genius, very good service and always ready for everything we needed. The apartment is conveniently located and with all the amenities, the neighborhood is super safe. If we have to go back to Cipolletti, we will definitely choose it again.

The accommodation is excellent as a base for visiting Neuquen. The place was very clean, tidy and had a well-equipped kitchen so you could arrive and not need to go out and buy anything. The cleanliness of the place was excellent, as well as the security of access to the apartment, worthy of a 4 or 5 star hotel. There was a little problem with one of the sheets, but Alfredo had already solved it in half an hour. He was always communicative and willing to resolve any issues that may have arisen.

Everything is perfect with the place, modern Clean, Alfredo a 10 de 10 always communicated for whatever you need, I recommend it 💯 very good host the spotless place very cozy, there is supermarket nearby and places to eat quickly. i'll be back soon.

Excellent host, very attentive, patient and attentive to all the queries one had. The room was nicely prepared with a clean tollon and personal soap available. The bed was very comfortable. It was great for me to rest a couple of hours before I could head to the airport.
