There are warehouses about an hour away and very close to the Mari Mexico and Ramos Mexia lakes (Villa el Chocón) land of dinosaurs.

A fully independent studio apartment, located in the west of the city, in a quiet residential neighborhood with little vehicular traffic. A few meters from the Ruca Che Stadium, close to two supermarkets, 5 minutes from the bus terminal and 15 minutes from the airport, Casino Magic and the gastronomic area. Spacious space, no stairs, with direct access from the street, entrance hall, antebathroom, full bathroom, closet and place to store the vehicle. Pets are allowed.

Our cabin is located in a residential area, a few steps from the Limay River. We are 10 minutes from Neuquén Airport, 5 minutes from Plottier and 20 minutes from downtown Neuquén. It is a quiet place, surrounded by nature and with a family and artisanal touch. It has a double bed and two single beds in the living room. Pets are allowed, there is a closed patio area, with a grill and garden furniture. Parking is free, you can leave the vehicle inside the property.
