The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

With this special accommodation, all the important points of contact are close by. This makes planning your stay very straightforward. The apartment is centrally located in the Dichterviertel, surrounded by beautiful parks, the Flutgraben, many bridges and close to the beautiful Steigerwald. If you want to explore the Old Town, with our many sights, then it is only about a 10-minute walk. But you can also take the tram. The stop is practically at your doorstep.

Our stylishly furnished loft apartment on Bahnhofstraße combines a central location with a cozy feel-good ambience. Small but lovingly designed in an industrial style, it accommodates two people. From here you can explore the beautiful old town of Bad Langensalza with its alleys and gardens. Shopping, restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. The nearby Hainich National Park with its treetop path also invites you to go on excursions into nature.

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

Santa´s Stay

An individually and lovingly furnished apartment of 30 sqm awaits you. The apartment has been completely renovated with natural and allergy-friendly materials. Clay plaster on the walls increases the air quality. The kitchen is fully equipped. The smart TV allows streaming. Bikes can be rented. Public transport is within 3 to 5 minutes' walking distance. The travel time to downtown is about 10 minutes by bus, train and bicycle.

Modern apartment in Erfurt's old town

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building directly in Erfurt's old town in a central yet quiet location. It is also easily accessible by the existing elevator. The furnishings include a large light-flooded room with a cozy living area and a kitchen with a seating area. The bedroom is a separate room. It is just a few minutes' walk to Anger or Domplatz. A tram stop is also very close.

Ufhoven vacation home

Hey hey, Our 50 m² gem is located on the ground floor of our house. The living room leads to the courtyard and a very large, green garden, with chickens & rabbits. A 1.40 m wide bed and a children's travel bed are available for sleeping. Children and pets are welcome with us. Here and there it can get a bit louder, as we have 2 small children ourselves. There is free parking right in front of the house.

In the middle of a quiet, charming old town alley in Erfurt is your stylish retreat of about 20 square meters with kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a city villa that was completely renovated in 2017-2019 on a park-like plot ,has 54 sqm and space for max.3 people; a separate entrance, car parking space right outside the door. Schlossspark/Schloss, Orangerie and the city centre of Gotha are a few minutes' drive away.
