Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung im Hinterhaus unseres Berliner Altbaus erbaut 1902, Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang (Hinterhaus) ist aber mir der großen Wohnung verbunden !! ( Trennung durch Doppeltüre und Doppelte Hauswand). Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett neu renoviert, hat eine kleine Küche ein sehr schönes Designer Badezimmer, ein großes Schlaf und Wohnzimmer sowie einen brandneuen Balkon, der zu einem kleinen Park/ Wald ausgerichtet ist, und das mitten in der Stadt !!

If you need to check in before 1600, often that is possible, same for checking out after 1100, however not always and we need to figure it out, just ask :). Please note: the flat is on the fifth floor and no lift.

Quirky, cozy flat in Neukölln. Located in an Altbau with high ceilings. I took inspiration from tiny houses to design the layout. The king size bed is in a wooden mezzanine - and there's a large comfy couch. There's a small sit-in kitchen with the usual amenities (no freezer though sorry) a small work desk and a typical Berlin tube bathroom with a shower. You'll also have access to a shared rooftop terrace—ideal for enjoying sunsets .

A tastefully furnished 62 sqm old building apartment in the heart of Berlin. It consists of a large living room, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a small balcony and a bathroom with bathtub. Perfectly suitable for couples! It is located in a quiet area near Treptower Park. The river Spree and the carp pond are in the immediate vicinity. A busy street is not far away, so you can hear the traffic on the balcony or with the window open.

There is a 160cm wide bed in the quiet bedroom for two people. To accommodate a third person there is a comfy 100x200cm couch in the living room.
