Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The cozy, 25m² apartment is on the ground floor in a quiet location at the entrance to Hüls. Good transport connections to e.g. Duisburg, Venlo, Düsseldorf MESSE, Neuss. 1 combined living room/bedroom (140cm bed), 1 hallway with wardrobe, 1 bathroom (shower, toilet) and 1 kitchen (all things for daily use available). The door is lockable. 1 office chair for home office can be provided. There is 1 small table with 2 chairs in the front garden. English and French spoken. Welcome!

There is only cold water in the kitchen; warm water can be fetched from the bathroom right next to it. The apartment is quiet and centrally located, with a magical bathroom including corner bathtub, underfloor heating and towel rail heating. There is also a free parking space right next to the apartment (please drive slowly because of our deaf cat) and access to the garden. The bed is 1.40 m wide and the extended sofa bed is 1.20 m wide. WLAN and LAN are available.

Anfahrt mit Auto oder Fahrrad empfohlen.(Einkaufen, Dienstleistungen, ärztliche Versorgung, Apotheke) alles in Unmittelbarer nähe. Ein schickes Apartment , modern eingerichtet mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Zum benutzen sind auch Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine bereitgestellt . Kaffee Pads und Teebeutel sind vorhanden, Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden bereit gestellt.

Die Unterkunft bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen (2 Schlafzimmer + Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und Eckcouch). Auch für Einzelreisende geeignet. WLAN, Parkplatz, Waschmaschine und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden. Auf Wunsch stellen wir ein Reisebett und einen Hochstuhl für Kleinkinder zur Verfügung. Ideal für Familien, Paare oder kleine Gruppen.

On the balcony, with chairs and a small table, you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is dog-friendly, with which you can go for a good walk in the fields. It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.

A cozy and stylish apartment in the middle of Vluyn. The apartment is spread over 3 levels which makes up the special character. A large terrace or the large couch invites you to relax. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The dining table is suitable for 4-8 people.
