It is also close to many of the 2024 Olympic Games sites: - 10 km from the Vaires sur Marne nautical base - 11 km from Paris (RER A & E) Disneyland Paris is also very close and accessible by RER A. The accommodation has a separate bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a 2-seater sofa bed with a pleasant bed.

Adjacent to the owners' house. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (showers). 2 WC, 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs. Small supermarket and bakery a 5-minute walk away.

Studio (about 25m2 with private entrance and access to garden ) Great location, only 5 minutes from RER A line (Neuilly Plaisance) which goes to central Paris in 15 min. Also about 30 minutres to Euro Disney. Large supermarket, pharmacy, dry cleaning, bakery all within 100 m. Various restaurants - pizza, sushi, chinese...all within a 5-10 min walk. The beds are relatively new (2020) and are high end hotel quality. Reversible air conditioning and heating have been added in 2023 .

You'll have the whole house and garden to yourself. I'm in Le Perreux from time to time and live in the annex, which has its own entrance and is completely separate from the house.
