The house can be reached from the train station on foot in 10 minutes. The nearest tram stop is just around the corner. By car you can easily reach your destination via the Kronenbrücke bridge. The spacious apartment is in the back lower part of the single-family house. It is accessible during the summer via a narrow record path (but accessible at work) from the driveway. In winter in snow, also via the stairs from the main entrance. The apartment is bright and has a terrace area. The view faces the courtyard and the old apple orchard.
