An all-round successful stay with our three children and the dog. Wonderful area: green, quiet, family-friendly. Rail connection is great - with the S 3 in about 40 minutes at Alexanderplatz. The host was present over Pentecost, very friendly and always super easy to reach. A very well-equipped apartment, great room layout, toothbrushes were available as well as freshly made beds, fruit in the kitchen and local coffee for the first morning! Shopping only possible across the street, lake within walking distance, kebab > 9:00 pm after horror arrival drive only 4 minutes by car! Straightforward parking on the street. Feeling at home far from home ☺️ Anytime again and fully recommended.

Denis was extremely helpful and very polite. I would book this place again, specially because the location was perfect for me and my partner. Denis made us feel comfortable and we were very happy to stay at his place.

We stayed for two weeks while visiting family. It was the perfect place -- clean, quiet, lovely spaces and delightful garden views. Many fine shops and restaurants and a very good grocery store are about a 12-minute walk. The S3 U-bahn runs into the city centre, ant it's also a 12-minute walk. We've already booked a return trip! We enjoyed it very much. The listing is as described. We had a lovely time on site, 🩵 the communication was always friendly and super fast. Annett also responded very individually to us and our stay! Everything you need was there. Everything was clean 🧼 We can recommend it 😊 Small note: Annett told us that normally no children are "taken" as guests, because of the steep stairs. (We were kindly allowed to come anyway) I would also sign it. With our children, everything was no problem, but for smaller ones certainly difficult, as well as the easily accessible and easy to open (roof) windows.
