Martina was very friendly and welcoming. The place was even more cozy than on the pictures, with attentive details. Very well equipped kitchen and super clean bathroom. Many walking paths in the neighbourhood, great place for dogs.

The house was initially already a little dirty, but the boys didn't complain because it's no big deal. They cleaned it themselves and we don't charge any cleaning fee, finally, they also left some dirty things that in 5 minutes can be cleaned and they want to charge me 50 euros for it. The location is good because it's close to work, but it's not fair to charge for something that was already dirty. We have videos showing how we left the house. Thank you.

The landlady Nadine is very friendly and uncomplicated. The basement apartment is ideal for two people. Despite the smallest and most cramped kitchen, all kitchen appliances and dishes are more than sufficient. Those who like to cook for themselves will be positively surprised by the generous range of spices. If the weather permits, there is also a place to linger in the garden. I can recommend the apartment.

We have booked Giuliana's place for the 2nd time and definitely recommend it! Check-in was uncomplicated, the apartment is modern & tastefully furnished and is pleasantly quiet. We had a very nice stay with two adults and two toddlers.
