"Das Gästehäuschen an der Heidenstrasse" is located in the garden of an over 250-year-old timber-framed house in Westphalia. It is located above an idyllic fruit tree meadow surrounded by three other small permanently rented holiday huts. On the way to the cottage, four sheep invite their petting sessions. We took over the guest house a few years ago and renovated it with a lot of passion. For us, it was important for us to create something “new” from what's there.

Very nice old apartment for two to four guests in a historic mill. Perfect for hiking or relaxing. In a picturesque location, outside the small Westerwald town of Hachenburg with its picturesque market square and the open-air museum. Close to Marienstatt Monastery. Located directly on the Westerwaldsteig. Already the first Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Konrad Adenauer stayed here. A commemorative plaque on the house commemorates his stay.
