We enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the view!! Definitely a great little place for a short stay. The only thing we felt was missing was a loveseat with a side table where the deck chairs were inside, so you could sit comfortably inside while enjoying the view. Comfy bed with beautiful views!

Our stay at Matthew’s was lovely. Olivia beach is a great area and we had a great time hiking God’s thumb!

Beautiful home with lots of room for a party of 7. My two teenage kids love the lower level that was like an apartment on its own. They had a blast!! Very comfortable bed with very clean white linen. Amazing view on the two decks. Beautiful kitchen that had all the basic. My only suggestion is to add a strainer over the kitchen sink drain to catch small food particles and avoid clogging the drain. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Lincoln beach. Thank you!!

12/10 for Brandon & Rain OR Shine! It has quickly become our go-to home away from home on the Oregon coast. The location is terrific and we can always count on Brandon to be the host with the most. We can’t wait to book again!

This house was very cozy! We absolutely loved it. It had everything we needed for cooking. Great location, close to the beach. Hot tub is great. My husband loved the pillows specifically. Host was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole stay. I would definitely book again for any future trips to Lincoln city.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay! The home was super comfy and relaxing. Cute front porch to sit and enjoy the morning and evenings. Loved the heated pool and hot tub access. Super close to great beaches and a short drive to Depoe Bay for whale watching! Would stay here again in the future :)

The house is exactly as described and is in pristine condition! Our group loves cooking and we were so happy to find a fully stocked kitchen equipment! We used the grill too while the sun was setting on the balcony which was amazing. We loved that each room had their own bathroom. There were so many games to keep us entertained! The house is 10 min walk to the beach. 10/10 worth the price given that it’s dog friendly and so clean!

Goodness this home is absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous decor, well appointed with every last detail thought of. It was bucolic and peaceful and the hosts were gracious communicative. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The location is amazing. We watched birds out the window for two days straight. The fact that the property has two independent but joined units makes it great for two families or two couples who want to hang out but also want some privacy. The units are spotless and wonderfully appointed. You’re just minutes away from Sitka Sedge, a number of beaches, and the town of Pacific City if you need something or want to go out a beer, coffee, etc. Would definitely return.

This place had everything one could possibly require for a fun weekend getaway at the coast. Very well stocked kitchen, fun activities across multiple levels, and supplies for taking the fun outside. We brought our dog for her first trip to the beach. She had a great time running around in the surf and after hosing/wiping her off with the provided amenities, she loved curling up in front of the pellet stove to nap.

What an amazing place! Stunning views , wonderful home, spectacular beach, spotless accommodations, very comfy beds, fantastic kitchen and grill. No complaints here, this place is done right. Great use of space. The eagle flying over daily was a nice touch. Really enjoyed the deck with great sunsets. Highly recommend. So great to be able to walk to waterfalls at Hug Point during low tide. Great stay!

I'll typically leave a 5 star review if everything is good and there are no issues with an AirBnB, so I wish I could leave this place way more than the 5 stars allowed. This AirBnB feels like you are staying in a high end hotel in Tillamook. You can tell a lot of work went into the details of the decor, the amenities, and everything that was provided. The location was also perfect as it was within walking distance of a great food cart collection, the grocery store, and a couple of breweries and restaurants. If you are thinking about booking an AirBnB in Tillamook and on the fence, I would give this place my highest recommendation.

We had an amazing visit with our family of five. The house was immaculate with an amazing setting and view. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just minutes from Pacific City, beaches and hiking. The kitchen was well stocked - I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner without needing to buy a single dish or gadget. We loved waking up every morning with our coffee watching the birds over the water. Can't wait to come back!

We had a great stay in Netarts and tried our hand at clamming. Had so much fun! Jodi’s house was unique and a comfortable stay close to everything we wanted to do. We had a minimal issue and Jodi was quick to resolve it. She is such a sweet host and hope to stay again in the future! Visit Lex’s Cool Stuff. We always make a point to pop in and visit for a bit while we shop for unique treasures. Grab a brownie she makes them fresh!

Pleasant stay in this comfortable house. Brady was quick to respond to messages. Surroundings are green and vibrant. The beach/ocean easy to get to

The rental was beautiful and the cabin vibe was amazing. My only concern was the key situation. I think this place would be worry free if the keys were nonexistent. A smart lock would be a better way to go. Because there’s no service anywhere at that location. If you accidentally lose the keys and you’re out and about you won’t be able to call for help until you get service or WiFi calling. Apart from that the rental was great.

This house was amazingly comfortable. It was furnished, decorated, and supplied so thoughtfully and that all led to a great stay. The beach access and sunsets were the cherry on top. We have stayed at many rentals and this is definitely a top one for us!

This house is amazing. Exactly as described minus not emphasizing the great yard for the doggies! It is fully fenced and quite large. Nice deck with chairs and a table to have coffee in the AM. The neighbors were really friendly. Kitchen is fully stocked including olive oil, condiments in the fridge and some spices. Netarts doesn’t have a lot of restaurants so being able to cook most nights was great. But the restaurant across the street had some good pizzas and sandwiches. The closest beach to go clamming or walking dogs is about 5 min drive. Plenty of parking. The place was very clean and free of clutter and useless stuff. We would definitely stay again!

Nice stay. Didn’t like the shampoo, soap options they were provided, which all seemed like leftovers from other guests. Small issue though because it is a great house.

My boyfriend and I stayed for a couple of nights and absolutely fell in love with Oceanside, Oregon and this beautiful home overlooking the ocean! It is truly a hidden gem and exactly what we were looking for. We walked down to the beach from the house both nights for sunset and the views are breathtaking. We also enjoyed the Current Cafe each morning for coffee and bagels- highly recommend and walkable from the house! We couldn’t have asked for a more private or beautiful place to stay at for our first time in Oregon. We hope to come back!
