Anat is family to us. And the apartment is our home in Tel Aviv. We were here for the 9th time - and we will come back for sure. We highly recommend Anat as a host. She is thoughtful, caring, offers good advice and help in any situation, and always has the best tips for restaurants, cafes, and bars. The apartment has everything you need: a decent size, a small kitchen with refrigerator and coffee machine, a washing machine, and a unique roof terrace. You can quickly get to the beach, the Carmel Market, Rothschild or wherever you want to go. So, if you're considering traveling to Tel Aviv, don't hesitate to go to Anat.

A true gem! Everyone who knows Tel Aviv will tell you: this city is loud and vibrant. To find an apartment that's so central, yet absolutely quiet, is truly remarkable. At the same time the apartment has such a stunning aesthetic - it looks straight out of a design leaflet. Impeccable furniture, cozy and functional, while enhancing the vibe of the landmark architecture. The whole apartment was well equipped, especially the kitchen, and we were surprised to find even more than just the basics as a welcome upon our arrival. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. An impeccable experience!

Etay is a responsible, proactive, communicative and friendly host. He is always looking out for a positive guest experience. The location is perfect. Walk across the street to the beach. Walk one street to Ben Yahuda Street for great sidewalk cafes and restaurants. The basement of the building has a shelter with nice neighbors. I highly recommend Etay as a host ! I will stay at his apartments on my next visit to Tel Aviv.

Beautiful apartment matches the photos. The terrace is large, pleasant and overlooks the sea. Comfortable bedding and neat decor. The host team is responsive, they responded quickly and professionally during a minor disappointment (broken clothesline) or specific need (key for shabbat). The apartment is a 1-minute walk away due to work in the street, which is stopped and therefore did not generate any nuisance during our stay.

If you want to feel closer to heaven and heal your soul with the beauty of the immense sea and a majestic sunset, this accommodation is ideal. It has a balcony so you can visualize your dreams. One of the best places to stay in Yafo.

Cheers! We are regular guests and stayed at Diana's for the second time. Just like last time, we were very satisfied! The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. Diana didn't even forget about the bottle of oil in the kitchen )) It was very useful for us when cooking shakshuka for breakfast. The apartment itself is very clean and bright. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. Choose to suit every taste. And of course a huge plus is the sea - literally outside the window, 20 meters away. Tel Aviv and Old Jaffa are a 15-minute drive away. Diana, thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality. When we decide to come to Israel next time, we will choose only you. No options! The house is beautiful and in a great location . I wouldn’t say the sea view is fantastic - but you do see the sea . We loved the space, the design, the modernness and comfort of the living room. Kitchen was very functional. Master bed was Very comfortable but the 2 other queen beds were very hard. Marc is easy to reach and immediately responded to any issues or needs Great space for a large group and excellent location with short walks to the beach , Jaffa and many amazing restaurants. Air conditioner worked wonderfully as we had a hot and humid week and needed to come back and rest during the heat of the day. Overall an amazing stay !!

This apartment is beautiful!! We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and neat! The view is breathtaking!! The host is so easygoing and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend this apartment!

great place. magnificent house with great garden and excellent location. near the beach. quite side street bit away from the center. Great hosts. very clean and well equipped. roomy (we a family of six felt space for everyone). recommend highly!

Joey was an excellent host and super responsive. Everything was perfect!

So I want to say I gave this a 5 star even with a bunch of issues and I’ll tell you why. One issue was the ac it broken a few times but everytime I messaged they replied right away and it was fixed with in a day or the same day. Again this isn’t someone’s fault it’s a machine. The second issue the pool was closed but again maintenance because of what’s going on in Israel it was easy to understand why no one would go to a pool in a roof 30 stories high with rockets flying over head. The location is great you are on the beach by one block and in the center of it all !! I legit can walk to the marina in 15 minutes. Jaffo in 15 minutes the beach in 30 seconds lol the shuk and allenby are with in a few blocks. It’s legit prime location. It has the best view from the balcony you can see the beach and the whole Tel Aviv city in a panorama view. Even with issues this is a great place and great people.

Despite multiple date changes before our arrival, Keren was always patient and responsive. Once we arrived, she was there to greet us. Jet-lagged after a long flight, Keren kept things simple. She was immediately responsive to any issues we had, even to the point of getting her brother to help us connect to the internet! She checked in with us often to see if everything was okay, which was much appreciated. Keren's place is a beautifully renovated old building overlooking the port of Jaffa. It is spacious and comfortable, and due to its location a great place just to rest comfortably in private, or explore the sites and sounds of an ancient port city. The only sad note is that we had to leave!

It was great to be back at the Marina by the beach. We love the location & the view. We hope to be back next year🙏🙏🙏

Vanessa was on site most of the time and always answered our queries and was very approachable The studio was close to the busstop to TelAviv etc which was good. We could walk to the Mall and the new site Piano for supermarket chemist etc The kitchen needs a lot of improvement as really couldn’t do more than breakfast and salads We would come again though as we liked the position of the apartment for us but it’s no good if you want a beach holiday I’m afraid. Especially in the heat for the walk

This is the second time we are staying with Lionel, this time we came to celebrate our son's wedding. Lionel is a gracious host. He knew the reason for us coming and waited to welcome us in person bringing with him a flower bouquet for me. He helped me with many local recommendations I asked about and is extremely responsive. The property is located by the beach to which you can conveniently walk to from the back gate. Few good restaurants / cafes in the area, small but sufficient supermarket next to the lobby and is a short drive from many major attractions. The property includes a designated parking spot which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying with Lionel.

We spent three weeks at Isabelle's apartment and felt at-home from the moment we checked in. The place is nearly new and is perfectly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. The terrace is amazing, great for lounging, having meals or sipping wine and watching the parrots and other birds. While there is construction outside, you cannot see it or hear any noise from the apartment. The location is fantastic, a few minutes walk to the Shuk Carmel, Nahalat Binyamin, the beach, and tons of excellent restaurants and cafes. Our new favourite area of Tel Aviv. Also, there is a 24-hour supermarket on the ground floor of the building, very convenient. We highly recommend this place and will stay here again without hesitation.

The apartment is beautiful and quite spacious, suitable for a family of 5-6 people. The view from the windows is stunningly beautiful, just like the pictures. The apartment is located in a building right on the beach line and for those who love the sea is a huge advantage. We spent almost every day for a few hours at the regulated beach that is just below and it was tremendous fun. Also there is a beautiful promenade that starts really close to the building and nice to walk. Despite the proximity to the beach and the promenade, the apartment is very quiet. The apartment has a small kitchen with a gas stove and a baking oven and can be cooked. Also, in front of the apartment there is a small supermarket which is very convenient, if you need the completeness of groceries. So far it was perfect. The only downside for us was the fact that the air conditioners in the bedrooms didn't work properly (one didn't really cool and the other sprayed water), needed to fix. On the other hand, the central air conditioner in the living room worked very well and we mainly used it to cool the house. Keep in mind that the Host is not available to respond to inquiries on Shabbat, if you need something you should catch them before Shabbat. Thank you Maurice and Isaac, we enjoyed our vacation very much.

Great apartment! I rented the apartment for two days and got ready for my wedding. It was perfect, clean, bright and cozy. The apartment is great for a vacation near the Olga boardwalk and beach and fully equipped with everything you need, and also suitable for organizing brides like me - there are bar stools, low chairs, lots of body mirrors and good natural daylight. The listing owner was available and accommodating and I highly recommend!

We stayed at Joel's place from July 31 – Sept. 3, 2023. Before we arrived, we had some questions. We contacted the host (Joel) and he responded immediately with all the information we needed. When we arrived the place was very clean. We were 7 people (4 adults and 3 children) and the place accommodated us very comfortably. It had everything you needed. The view from the balcony is amazing. It faces the sea and you get an unobstructed view. We spent many a mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the sea. There were a couple of minor issues when we were there but they were attended to immediately by the hosts and did not cause us any inconvenience. On a couple of occasions, the hosts came around with wine and cake including a very tasty apple pie baked by Joel. The hosts are very nice people who did everything to ensure our stay was enjoyable. It was a wonderful experience all around and we would not hesitate to stay there again.
