Wow. We moved to this Airbnb last minute after booking a terrible place. I was so grateful for the quick response and helpful communication that allowed me to book and check in on a super short turnaround. We arrived to the apartment and it was perfect - clean, nice linens, everything as expected. The building itself is gorgeous, super central to amazing restaurants and the heart of Tel Aviv - and even while you’re right on top of Nachlat Binyamin - the bedrooms are very quiet so my toddler was able to sleep great! We will absolutely be booking this place on a future visit - it was perfect for our stay.

Amazing apartment in the Neve Tzedek neighborhood, to the south is the vibrant Florence neighborhood with so many restaurants, coffee shops and bars, the apartment has sunrises and sunsets, the beautiful Mediterranean is right in front of you, the sea view from every room is amazing!

Great apartment, it had everything we needed to make us feel comfortable for two full weeks. Eliran was super responsive and helpful! Perfect location! I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet spot, near the beach and a walkable distance to the Marina. We would absolutely stay here again.

We really recommend this place ! We have stayed for 11 days at Nadav’s apartment with my wife and my son. This is a very cosy place, beautiful, quiet and very clean !! The pool is very good too, we had a car with a parking space which was very useful, and a lot of restaurants just around the apartment ! Nadav was very nice to us and very helpful during our stays (answered very quickly when we needed something) !

We spent 1 week in this apartment. The apartment was large, clean and had a beautiful view of the sea and Tel Aviv. 3 rooms have a double bed, 1 room has a single bed. If we needed something, it was no problem. The advantage was that there was a bus stop not far from the apartment, from which the bus went directly to Jerusalem. There were many shops and restaurants around the apartment.

Good price and value ratio , great host. Friendly and communicative Location is easily accessible Finding parking places was a challenge sometimes and water pressure is a bit low in the kitchen. Otherwise all good. We enjoyed our stay there.

The Levee is an exquisite building in the best location, minutes from Neve Tzedek’s Shabazi street and about a 15-20 minute walk from the beach. We stayed in apartment number 7 and absolutely loved everything about it from the decor to the layout and utility of the place. Rebecca was our point of contact and she was super lovely and responsive. We had an issue with the lighting in the apartment and with parking on the first day and she promptly had a maintenance person come in immediately upon being notified of the issue and also offered to move us to another apartment if we preferred, and reimbursed us for our parking elsewhere until the building parking was fixed. She was also very accommodating in responding to any special requests and even brought in a blender for me and stocked the fridge with a few special items including a lovely fruit platter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Levee and would love to return to stay there again.

The apartment is cozy and clean, Eilat was in close contact with us and concern For everything. The apartment is well equipped, there were treats waiting for us, the beds are comfortable Very much. Thank you very much The Resort was Pleasant and clean Eilat was in a close contact with us and took care for all our needs. The apartment was fully furnished. Some treats ware waiting for us. The beds are very comfortable!

We had a great stay, it was clean comfortable great for kids and a very close walk to the beach and Sylvie made sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive

this is a good spacious apartment with a bedroom on the top floor of the house. The atmosphere is simple but everything you need is there. and most importantly very responsive and friendly owner! Ididia is awesome! you can ask him for anything and he will help you and bring you the extra you need. he lives downstairs in the same building. the location is convenient, 5 minutes walk to the market (shuk). also 7 minutes walk to the main street herzl, 5 minutes to the nearest equipped children playground. The apartments have both a washing machine and a dryer machine.
