Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Nessebar

Ivan's little house is very nice, the outdoor space with its many plants is appreciated. It is well located, close to the beach with commmerces (excellent fruit and vegetable shop) and restaurants within a 5-minute walk and parking available on site.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

The owners were really firendly and take a good care of us in every situtation. Strong recommendation!

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

My husband and I loved staying here! The owners were incredibly sweet and hospitable, and the room was warm, comfortable and well outfitted. We loved the charming balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The place has everything you need, the location is perfect, and staying here in the off season is much more enjoyable, since you have the old town to yourself, no traffic or crowds. A very comfortable stay in this lovely apartment. Despite being near the main road the house was very quiet with good quality windows and doors. Superb beds, beautiful bathroom, kitchen and lounge/dining area. All kitchen equipment new and the place was clean and tidy, the modern fixtures and fittings made it feel clutter free. Rado was always quick to reply to any queries. Loved Sarafavo for easy access to shops, restaurants, airport and the beach. Thank you - we enjoyed our stay.

Great spacious place with flexible check-in time (only a a couple places in the area had this option). I didn't have any special requests apart from a later check-out time and the host (Daria) was responsive.

This apartment is in a very beautiful complex. The fifth story view of the pool area was very relaxing. There is also beautiful shrubbery and trees, and easy access. My family and I had a very enjoyable stay.

Elizabet's apartment is brilliant and has an amazing sea view. There is everything you need for the living, kitchen is fully equipped. Clean and tidy apartment. Elizabet is a really nice host. I recommend her apartment.

Good studio in the nice area

The apartment is nice and clean, the terrace is just the perfect place to relax! We had 4 days of rain and wind (out of 7) and the terrace helped a lot! The furniture is very comfortable and the view is amazing! The kitchen has everything you need, the bed is comfortable and we had enough space - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Edda was very helpful and responded quickly to my messages! I was hoping there is a store / cafe / restaurant in the complex, but they were closed unfortunately.

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

Great accommodation complex on the border of Nessebar and Ravda! Beautiful place and small apartment offering the necessary amenities to make you feel at home! The atmosphere created by Katerina, the official hostess of this apartment, is something she can't help but impress. Colorful, cozy, with walls dotted with pictures and paintings... It's like you're walking in and someone starts telling you a story! It was a very nice week break for our family of three! I'm glad we picked the right place!

The place was nice, clean, cosy and very close to the beach (around 6-7 slow walk). It had the most comfortable bed I've ever sleep in (my back is grateful for this!).
