The apartment was modern and stylish, and at the same time cozy with a view of the garden in peaceful surroundings. It was clean and nice, and good furniture and bed. It was extra nice that the host had put out chocolate.

For an urban stay this place is ideally located and very comfortable. The building is secure, all appliances are modern, good lighting, basic supplies in both kitchen, laundry, bathroom.

The location is great - newer, walkable area full of restaurants and close to the water. Inside was clean and included the travel crib and high chair we requested for our 10 month old. Staircase is steep, which was shown in the pictures, but took my 3 year old a bit to feel comfortable with it.

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation. A fantastic view of the Tyrifjord and a great terrace to feel good. The company of the dogs touched us very much. They are so sweet and are looking forward to a few petting sessions

The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Helge is friendly and responsive. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook all meals. The location is beautiful and within walking distance to everything in the city. Black out shades and fans for all bedrooms would be beneficial. We had a wonderful stay!!

Fantastic apartment in the centre of Oslo. Säsa was a brilliant host, very responsive and friendly. The place was very cool and was perfect for a few nights. Would highly recommend.

Oslo is an "expensive city" by German standards - in this respect, the price-performance ratio is fine (not comparable with Germany) The hotels would have cost significantly more. Restaurants in the vicinity (almost) not accessible without a reservation (because they are full) From our point of view, a neighborhood for "the wealthy of society" - but still (or precisely because of this) very nice...

We have stayed in many ABNB and we can honestly say that this is in our top five. Trude and Werner have built this gorgeous accommodation that is modern, elegant and in the most beautiful setting with a stream running beside. The place was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, modern lighting and stunning finishes on all things within the apartment. What truly sets this apart are the hosts, Trude and Werner, who treat us like family upon arrival. They were incredibly gracious and generous. I hope we can reciprocate the amazing experience we had to them at some point. Do not look anywhere else for a place to stay here. You will be blown away. Trude and Werner, we will never forget our stay at your beautiful place.

The communication with the host is very smooth and prompt. The scenery around the accommodation is good, and the amenities are very well equipped. It's near the end of the bus, so transportation is good, and the grocery store is close, so I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing time at Heidi’s beautiful home in Fagerstrand. The house is cozy and tastefully decorated, and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning. Peaceful, green, and perfect for relaxing. Heidi is a wonderful host and an incredibly kind and helpful person. She made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a warm and thoughtful host!

The place was well decorated, modern and warm throughout. The rooms were separate, ideal for our stay and the private deck was a bonus also considering we had great weather during our stay. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of neat design features to suit the space. We felt safe and secure during our stay, and our hosts were great at responding to any questions we had. The accommodation is right in the heart of town and it was easy to reach Batterioya, Blindeskjaere, the shops, and the Ferry. All within easy walking distance. The bus stop was 2 mins away and it was easy to travel into Drammen and forward to Oslo centre. We felt as if the accommodation had recently been made ready for guests and there were a couple of possible improvements that could be added to help guests enjoy their stay. A microwave would have been a helpful addition and the small toilet needed a privacy blind on the small window. Overall we loved staying there and would not hesitate to stay again.

It’s a very quiet place, great place to relax and still be connected to the city. Comfortable and liveable. Great place for travels with small animals as well.

Very cozy house, plenty of space but still intimate. The fjord view for breakfast was lovely! Nice streets to walk in. Jeanette was the perfect host. Kitchen with what you need. Nice modern bathroom. We will take the trip again ☺️

We came to Norway to visit for a month. We were excited, but that pales in comparison to the experience we had with Richard. We didn’t know what we were in for! We stayed in his beautiful family home, with a magnificent garden and spectacular views. Richard’s house that his Dad built is sparkling clean and well cared for. The area is ideal. Richard took us on an unforgettable hike to the summit of the mountain. He kindly fielded the questions we peppered him with. At the summit of the mountain we had a delicious local meal grilled in the open air kettle with coffee made with water straight from the lake. Rural house with large and cozy outdoor area. Short distances to public transport, large and nice beach, football fields and shops/Holmen shopping center. We had a great time at Therese's house, and would love to come again. Therese was very nice and welcoming and responded quickly to inquiries.

From the beginning, there was good communication via email and SMS. We were personally picked up from the train station and taken to the apartment. Great service. The apartment was huge, with a large living room and bedroom. The windows went from ceiling to floor, so very bright. You didn't hear anything from neighbors, you hardly met anyone. Very safe house. A downside was the non-adjustable air conditioning. After 3 days, we had gotten used to the noise (maybe we were too tired from the many museum visits and the fresh air to hear anything). Unfortunately, there was noise from the outside now in the summer time: the restaurant "After work" boomed with the disco basses up to the apartment. And last night (Saturday before Pentecost) was really bad: in the Akerhusfestning, a noise stage was set up, on which this disco bass noise echoed over to us from Saturday evening to Sunday morning at 5 a.m. We couldn't sleep and had to get up again at 4:30.....

The apartment is well appointed and very clean and comfortable. The location is really great…near shops and restaurants as well as being convenient to tourist attractions. We had a great stay and highly recommend this property.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped with everything you need. It's in a very pleasant and peaceful area, conveniently located for the train or bus to Oslo and there is private parking. Everything was as described. Communication with the host was excellent and the self check-in straightforward. I highly recommend this place.

a very tidy, modern apartment in a very convenient location in Oslo. Trams and buses were nearby which made sightseeing very easy, and it was within walking distance of Oslo Central Station. The apartment was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
