Villa vacation rentals in Nerantza

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce AirBnB!! Nous sommes venus entre amis visiter la Grèce à l'occasion d'un mariage et nous reprendrons ce logement sans hésiter si l'occasion se présente. Sarantos est incroyablement amical, réactif et accueillant. Il nous a renseigné les activités à faire, les restaurants et lieux d'intérêt ! Il nous invité à manger les œufs de ses propres poules, une salade de son jardin et nous a donné des savons artisanaux grecques. Nous avons également pu apprendre à danser le Sirtaki à ses côtés 😉 ! Un grand merci Sarantos, nous reviendrons de vacances avec de magnifiques souvenirs en tête et .. l'envie de revenir !

è stato un soggiorno meraviglioso!... Bill è un vero padrone di casa, premuroso, discreto, amichevole,accogliente e gentile...ci ha sempre trattati come se ci fossimo conosciuti da sempre!.. la vista dall'appartamento è un qualcosa di eccezionale!.. la casa è confortevole e provvista di tutto cio di cui si possa avere bisogno! appartamento super pulito, il materiale in casa è tutto nuovo, gli spazi sono ampi, luminosi, areati e silenziosi! Bill è stato sempre premuroso e tempestivo nel venire incontro a qualsiasi nostra necessità!.. è un vero Super-Host a 10 stelle! la spiaggia con accesso privato sotto l'alloggio è veramente paradisiaca! la zona è un punto strategico per visitare i siti storici piu importanti della storia! grazie ancora Bill per "tutto" quello che hai fatto per noi!abbiamo costruito dei momenti bellissimi che non dimenticheremo mai! ... ci mancherai e ci mancherà anche il piccolo PAPPPY!... se passi per Roma sarai il benvenuto!

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα !! Τόσο το εξωτερικό -όσο και το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού- , ήταν προσεγμένα όλα ! Η πισίνα πεντακάθαρη και αρκετά μεγάλη για την δεκαμελή μας παρέα . Τα στρώματα και τα μαξιλάρια στα υπνοδωμάτια ,απίθανα . Είναι ένα σπίτι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο , που μπορεί να σας εξυπηρετήσει κατά τη διαμονή σας εκεί . Τέλος , ο κύριος και η κυρία που μας υποδέχτηκαν, καταπληκτικοί και πρόθυμοι καθ’όλα να μας εξυπηρετήσουν! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα , ήταν μια αξέχαστη διαμονή !

Un emplacement idéal pour des vacances en famille. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée ( nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants) Il y a un grand jardin au bout duquel un portillon permet d'accéder à une plage peu fréquentée. Le rêve! Transats, parasols, mobilier de jardin, grande terrasse ombragée...Tout est prévu pour profiter de la mer. L'hôte habite dans une maison voisine. Elle a répondu d'une manière très réactive à nos demandes et nous a renseignés sur les bonnes adresses des environs. Elle a un contact amical et chaleureux et nous la retrouverons avec plaisir car nous comptons retourner dans ce logement l'année prochaine.

Firstly Katrina and Dimitri were a delight. The villa is in the most stunning location and was fully equipped with everything you needed, The photos do not fully do it justice. Some additional usual information The Lefka campsite just below the villa were happy for us to visit their restaurant/bar which has a great menu and stunning view. We simply explained where we were staying ( directly above it) and they were happy. The walk to Vivari is not as scary as it looks. Walk both ways on the sea side of the road and when cars come along they all make a lot of space for you. We did it about 20 times and never had an issue even at night. It isn’t very busy and you can hear the cars from a long way away. Vivari has wonderful restaurants, especially the two on the beach and Borelis. Visit Maria's supermarket in Drepanou as she is great. Nafplio is wonderful. Visit both Epidavros theatre and Mycenae castle (3,500 years old) Ask Katrina and Dimitri for a great reliable taxi driver.

Obwohl wir aufgrund von Flugverspätung erst nach 22 Uhr angekommen sind, wurden wir sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Viviane ist immer gut gelaunt und freundlich, sie hat auch tolle Tipps... Das Haus ist ein Traum, die Terrasse nicht zu toppen, Betten gut und alles was man braucht ist da...Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und hatten dann noch herrliches Wetter...der Zugang zum Meer und praktisch eigenem Strand in kleiner Bucht sehr angenehmen...man braucht ein Auto und für Gehbehinderte ist es m.E. ungeeignet... Wir waren sieben Personen, es war fantastisch!!!

Casa bellissima,in pieno centro. Stupendo il terrazzo e il solarium,bellissimi gli arredi. Comoda per la posizione e vicinanza al porto dove attraccano i traghetti. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono ristoranti ,bar e locali notturni. Host super cortese,veloce nelle risposte.

We absolutely loved staying at Alex’s place! It was clean and had everything we needed. The views are simply amazing! Water on every side. There is a beach that is walkable! The pool was perfect. It was a bit windy to enjoy it at times, but still a gorgeous spot. We loved being away from the busyness of everything. The mattresses were not the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, but not unbearable.

La casa è molto bella e curata nei dettagli, fornita anche di tutto il necessario per le prime necessità. L’host è stato molto proattivo: abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema e si è subito attivato per risolverlo. Nea Epidavros è un paesino abbastanza semplice, ma spostandosi con l’auto si raggiungono il sito di Micene e spiagge veramente stupende, poco frequentate

The house and location are an absolute dream and the pictures honestly do not do it justice ... Alexandros and his family are extremely welcoming and great hosts: our arrival / departure were really easy and they responded very quickly to any questions we had. We really hope we can come again soon ! Thank you again for everything.

The Villa is well located, the bay is beautiful, beach is great and everything around is gorgeous. Surrounded by beautiful views and nature. The house is well equipped and very convenient to stay in. The only drawback is that one room doesn’t have AC and the garbage cans are located 1 km away from the house. Overall highly recommended. We will definitely come back.

An impressive and comfortable home in an enchanting port side village. The spacious house is beautiful both inside and out. Stella, the host, was extremely nice, very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would happily stay in this wonderful house again.

Lovely villa in a beautiful location, perfect for a more peaceful holiday. Well equipped kitchen, rooms as described and shown. The hosts and the person who tends the pool and property were all very helpful during our stay, and beforehand too. We spent several days relaxing at the villa, the suggested local beach which was delightful and had a nice bar/ restaurant on the promenade. Great location if you’d like to day trip to Delphi or any of the other more rural attractions that are relatively close. Would definitely stay again! Note that if you’re bringing toddlers or young children there is a spiral staircase to the upstairs which has very wide gaps in the railings and therefore needs watching with a keen eye, as the child could very easily tumble straight off the staircase from any step without adult support. We managed a week there with a toddling 1yr old fine, however, so it’s just something to be aware of.

This place was hands down the best we, or anyone in our group, have ever stayed at. It's absolutely beautiful, modern, and offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space, including a fantastic outdoor kitchen that's perfect for groups. We loved absolutely everything about this place - the breathtaking views, the comfortable accommodations, and the charming nearby town of Epivadros. We used this location as our starting point to explore various nearby places, and there's even a beach just a short drive from the villa. Chrysthania was incredibly generous with the amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, and she even surprised us with cold drinks. She went above and beyond and arranged us with a delicious dinner in the villa on our first night as we got to the villa around midnight after a long day. With plenty of room to accommodate all 14 of us in comfort and luxury, we can't recommend this place enough

Ήμασταν 9 άτομα. Περάσαμε ένα πανέμορφο διήμερο στα Καλαβρυτα. Το σπίτι πολύ μεγάλο ευρύχωρο με 4 μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια. Τεράστιο σαλόνι με τζάκι για άραγμα όλοι μαζί. γενικά δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Η οικοδεσπότης απόλυτα συνεννοήσειμη. Είχαμε και ένα μωράκι και μας εξυπηρέτησε άψογα σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Μέσα στο χωριό το σπίτι τέλεια τοποθεσία. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσω σίγουρα!

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία, εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης μας εξήγησε όλες τις λειτουργίες του σπιτιού και τα της περιοχής! Φιλοξένησε άνετα 10 άτομα. Υπέροχη θέα το βράδυ από την πισίνα με φόντο το φωτιζόμενο κάστρο !

We had an excellent stay here. Really easy to find where to pick up keys. Leonidas was extremely helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again, the outside area was amazing!

It's just a piece of paradise! The villa and the surroundings are divinely picturesque! It's well located on the hill top that allows you to see the sea from three sides! Villa is fully completed with everything that you can be in need of! The rooms are spacious and very authentically decorated. The cute and refreshing pool is even larger than on photos! The kitchen is like fully equipped with every small detail! Julia and Stavros were so sweet and welcoming! They gave us good tips about places to visit and to eat. All the time we were given some cute things from them: freshly cooked local dishes, her own olives and olive oil, home eggs and herbs. They've advised us great beaches and islands, as well as cute tavernas. We are absolutely sure that we'll come back to this wonderful villa and its surroundings!

Konstantinos was very welcoming and helped to arrange a taxi to help us carry heavy bags to the villa. He even left us fruit, water, and bread which was ideal! The villa is very clean, peaceful and only a 10-15 minute walk from Aegina Town. It's also well-equipped making it perfect for cooking a meal together.

We waren met 9 vrienden. Elk jaar doen we een stedentrip. Dit jaar Athene. De villa zelf staat zeker in onze top van bezochte accomodaties. Prachtige klassieke villa met grote zeer goed onderhouden tuin voorzien van zwembad, tennisbaan en buitenkeuken voor bbq. Je loopt zo vanuit de tuin de zee in. Super! Andreas is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Een prima host! In Kineta is redelijk weinig te doen. Er zijn enkele barretjes en restaurants aan t strand op loopafstand. Er een bakker en kleine super vlak bij het treinstation. Voor de grote boodschappen moet je 5 kilometer verderop zijn. Andreas maakte ons dit gelijk kenbaar en regelde bij aankomst een taxi naar deze supermarkt ,waar we voor t weekend gelijk de grootste boodschappen hebben gehaald. Kineta is vanaf de luchthaven per trein te bereiken, maar deze reis duurt bijna 1,5 uur. Ook kun je met deze trein naar Athene. De verbinding is mooi, maar we vonden de afstand van Athene naar Kineta ver. We hebben enorm genoten van de villa!

Ioannis is the best host one can dream of! And his house is a paradise ! Every amenities is as listed and it’s even better in real that in the pictures. We had such a great time we didn’t want to leave. Thank you Ioannis !

La villa Sterna est une villa bien agencée pour un grand groupe avec un coin piscine très agréable, une superbe vue des terrasses. Isolée au bout d'un chemin de terre, à 10mn à pied de petites plages de galets et d'une sympathique taverne qui donne sur la mer. Entourés d'oliviers, et d'orangers, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de la campagne avoisinante et les couchers de soleil sur la mer.

Kostas and family were very welcoming and showed us around the villa when we first arrived. This helped us settle in really quickly. They were very thoughtful and had provided us with water and wine as part of their welcome. The house is very well equipped and we had a great stay. Towels and a beach towel was provided for us all together toiletries. The main house was cool and air conditioned which was welcome in the heat. The basement had fans rather than air conditioning. The pool was very clean and a good size, with lots of floats, toys, which was ideal for our family. Highly recommended!

Dit huis is het einde, wát een mooie dagen hebben wij als gezin beleefd in deze fantastische villa! Wij werden super opgevangen en het speelgoed voor onze zoon stond al klaar. Overal is over nagedacht en het was ook brandschoon. Het contact met George en Lenia was heel vertrouwd, wij voelden ons erg thuis en ze waren heel lief voor ons. Aan het einde kregen we een mooi presentje mee wat ons altijd zal bijblijven. Niet noodzakelijk, maar het persoonlijke en warme contact zorgt net voor die extra beleving. Bedankt voor de onvergetelijke ervaring!
