Ideal for two people, it offers access to Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, and basic kitchenware. It also has a lift, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, hairdryer, heating and air conditioning (ducted). The flat can accommodate 2 people and is located on the fifth floor, accessible by lift. Features that my guests enjoy: - located in the neighbourhood of Las Letras / Calle Cervantes, one of the most famous streets in Madrid. - The flat is completely renovated and new. - Modern and fully equipped flat. - Bed linen and towels will be provided. - Amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. - In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multi-purpose cloth and 1 rubbish bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a coffee machine and hairdryer. - You will have a set of keys at your disposal. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal: - a living space: sofa, armchair, television, dining area with dining table for 2 people. - A modern American style kitchen: fridge, freezer, hob, cooking utensils. - A nice bedroom: double bed, built-in wardrobe with hangers. - Lovely bathroom: shower, toilet, washbasin. If you are travelling with a baby and need a cot for your stay, you can request one in advance. Please note that the cot has an additional cost of 30 euros, plus a highchair for 15 euros extra that you will have to pay in cash to the person in charge of delivering it. Prior notice will be required to have it ready for your arrival. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat. Leave the house tidy before you leave. Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.
