Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Neos Marmaras

Sadece 5 gece kaldık ama çok keyifli unutamayacağımız bir tatil geçirdik. Şirin,güzel ve kendimizi evimizde hissettiğimiz bir evdi. İhtiyaç duyabileceğimiz çok ince detaylar düşünülmüştü. Ev sahibi Antonis çok yardımsever, güler yüzlü ve oldukça ilgiliydi. Evden ayrılana kadar bize her türlü desteği verdi. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

The greatest stay eveeeer, EVER! The host are something else, like they have come from another planet!!! They were A👏MAI👏ZING👏 amazing! The greatest hosts you could ever wish for - not exaggerating! From the first moment we’ve met them they were incredible! They were very careful, very quick with making up our accommodation (despite the delayed check out from the previous guests and our earlier arrival). They didn’t mind the fact that outside was pouring rain and they needed to get all wet and cold so they could clean and prepare our villa. The accommodation - incredible!!! Yes it is outside the town, but it’s soooooo much better this way! You have an amazing view of the sun setting in the sea 🌊 on the other site you have an amazing outside sitting area with a vineyard view and amazing nature! The place is quite so you can fuuuuully relax! The villas are constructed sooo professionally, they have a modern view and design, they have everything you could think of - everything (I can’t even count all the things). The beds were sooo comfortable, huge and with the best pillows as well the best bedclothes! (I usually bring our own pillow covers, but with the service and the cleanness of our hosts they were unnecessary - for the first time in my life 😁) Everyday the hosts took amazing care of our place!!!! We can not even believe it! When we were outside, on the beach or wherever, they managed to clean everything, everything - to make up the beds, to eveeeen wash the dishes we were planning to clean later, to wash the sink in the kitchen, to collect the clean dishes, to make up the kitchen, to bring us clean towels everydaaaay!!!!! To clean the hole place, to clean the table on the terrace (because they were usually tracks from our cups of water in the morning). Effie were so amazing and soooo kind - she by herself offered me one they to wash our bathroom towels (we bring our own just in case - which here were absolutely unnecessary but…a habit is a habit) and I don’t know how she knew which exactly were our bathroom towels so she don’t put them together with the beach towels in the wash, but when she has cleaned them and has returned them to us, they were incredible - the softest they have ever been, so clean and smelling amazing! And when we asked her if we can give her our beach towels later that day she took them right away and gave them back with the same amazing results!!! Yani and Effie are amazing hosts! We felt and saw that they have build their accommodation with a lot of love, professionalism, with a lot of attention to the details and with a lot of patience. They were so kind to recommend us the best beaches - the most important the not expensive ones☝️ , but the ones with best water, best atmosphere, best views and everything! They have recommended the best places we could have had dinner, the best places for souvenirs and the best places we could have seen on the area. On our last night me and my husband had a great time, like a small romantic dinner with Effie and Yani on the outside sitting area, and we had the best time. Despite the fact that it was a quick dinner (unfortunately we were in hurry) it was the greatest. We’ve had the greatest time with them and the greatest talk. 🥰 Everything about our hosts was amazing, spectacular!!!!! If you choose to go there, you should know that you have made the greatest choice! It was a five or even more stars experience!

Nice flat, good location in Nea Kallikratia. It was very good for family with two kids. Flat is very well equiped with all that you need, kitchen also. AC is also possible but we don’t use it too much. Wifi is very good for greek appartments. Thank you!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

We had a wonderful stay. The Appartement was well equipped. We loved the lovely decoration and the comfortable firniture which made the Appartemebt very cozy. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden (our kids loved the playground). The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had the best time in Nikiti, thanks to the apartment and our wonderful host Dimos!! The private beach is perfect, the small garden is green and full of flowers, you can walk to the restaurants ans stores nearby and still enjoy the calme area around Minas House! We would definitely do our vacation the same way again ☺️

Ce séjour de 2 jours a été plus que parfait ! Toutes les informations relatives à l’accessibilité du logement, le WIFI, le parking ont été donné avant mon arrivée ! Le logement était plus que propre et il y avait le nécessaire pour se préparer des petits plats basiques ! Le service est de très bonne qualité, le lendemain de mon arrivée les serviettes ont été changé, le café réapprovisionné ! C’était parfait ! L’extérieur est aussi super : Transat, table de jardin ! Je recommande ce logement Il y a tout à proximité : Restaurants, boulangerie, supermarchés ! Merci encore pour tout !

Artemis beach apartments is perfect for a family with children since its located only a few steps from the beach so you dont need to plan to much for bringing food or snacks to the beach. The locations seems to be one of the best on Nikiti beach, with shallow water and no stones or pebbles allow for easy entry to the sea. (Last year we stayed a bit nearer to the center of the town and it was a bit tricky to enter the sea beacause of big stones and pebbles). In the garden of the property there was a bunch of beach beds and umbrellas free to bring to the beach and Artemis gave us some beach toys for our daughter during our stay. I have only good things to say about our stay and Artemis was a nice and friendly lady.

Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

We had a really nice stay at Maria's place in Nea Sikonia! The house was well equipped with all the appliances we needed for a comfortable family stay. House location is in the heart of the village, just steps away from the beach, charming village center, and a variety of great restaurants but at the same time in a quite small alley. Nea Sikonia itself is a picturesque village with a lovely square and a street lined with restaurants and cafes right in front of the beach and small harbor Traveling by car is ideal for exploring nearby places like Agia Paraskevi, Chaniotis, Pefkochori, Paliouri among others all of which are just a short drive away. Most importantly Maria is incredible host, kind and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions and local recommendations and welcomed us with a great home made Limoncello Last but not least Maria warmly welcomed our Jack Russell, Eddy, who had the freedom to run freely around in the house's yard and enjoy the vacation with us.

Pool area is amazing 👌 nearby villages are very nice for dinner. Beach in front of the house is not very nice but a short car ride there are other nice ones. Highly recommend Xiropotamos beach

Amazing stay, excellent communication and truly beautiful beachfront view. My only regret is that we could not have stayed longer on our holiday at Anastasios apartment.

Casa situata in una posizione ottima. Anche se vicina alla strada, molto tranquilla. Giardino con ulivi e aranci bellissimo. Balcone vista mare ottimo per il relax. Nikolas disponibile e molto gentile. Casa come da foto e descrizione. Ottima settimana di riposo!

Recomand cu mara încredere pe Yannis, care a făcut să ne simțim foarte bine. Am inchiriat o casa potrivită pentru două familii cu copii mari. Locația arata ca in descriere, casa este dotată cu tot ce-i precizat si pe site, in plus gazda ne-a oferit numeroase informații despre plaje, magazine, locuri unde putem servi masa, atractii turistice , etc. Este o zona liniștită la 5 minute de plajă. Cu adevărat Yannis este o super gazdă! Știu că abia am plecat dar suntem nerăbdători să revenim.

I want to thank the host for our amazing stay. The house was immaculate and all rooms, and amenities were exactly as explained in the descriptions and the photos. The house was well equipped with everything that anyone could need for their stay. The house is big enough, situated in a nice area, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and has a super nice garden where we enjoyed our breakfast. The host is super nice and had great suggestions for restaurants and beaches that we visited. Once more big thank you and hope to see you again next year :)

The house is great, has all required facilities, the living area is big, the location is very close to the sea and great Salonikiou beach, literally 3 minutes on foot, the area is quiet and not crowded. There is a shower with the hot water outside and huge barbeque area. The overall design of the garden was a pleasure for our eyes. Everything corresponds to the pictures on Airbnb. The check-in and check-out process is transparent, there was the host on site at the check-in time. The response time of the host is in minutes (very quick), the host is polite and friendly, tries to resolve the issues as quick as possible (when they understand the issue). A car is a must, there are no shops around, the closest groceries shop is 10–15-minute drive. The house has a private parking area. On the negative side, every issue turned into two: to persuade the host that it was a genuine one and then to resolve it. Summary: a good place to stay.

Great host, very friendly, flexible and responsive! The place was perfectly clean and looked exactly like the pictures! Definitely recommended! :)

We had a great stay in this cosy apartment in Kallithea!

The apartment is just as described, quite comfortable and convenient for a family with two small children. It is close to the city center. We drove to the beaches, but if you prefer to walk, it's probably around 15 minutes. We had everything we needed to prepare a meal, including a large refrigerator and a well-equipped bathroom. The only thing that might be improved is the mattresses, which could be a bit more comfortable :) Highly recommended, and if we come again, we'll stay here :)

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location was perfect, the space was clean and cozy, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

we Loved to stay at Georges place. the flat is nice and streches ober two Levels with 3 balconies with nice Views. the garden is beautiful and you can have Barbecue or relax . We felt very welcomed and would definetly come Back !

Good and cosy flat everything is clean and tidy. It has all necessary things, newly refurbished. A little small but perfect for a couple. The owner was absolutely welcoming and hospitable.

The flat is well designed and space is smartly utilised. Fully equipped with everything a household needs. An excellent hospitality pack - many homemade products (e.g. marmalade, honey) Airconditioning works well and there are also windows/balcony to the front and back of the flat. Beaches and bars easily accessible by car or bicycles. WiFi was good but maybe not suitable for heavy data usage if one needs to connect to servers abroad for his/her work, but then again you re there for vacations so not necessarily a bad thing.
