As we live on the 1st floor of the building, we are easily in contact to help with everything you need. We are available any time to answer your questions and we can provide you with great choices that would make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have access to all the parts of the space, such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and of course to the garden. Hosts Profile: We, Akrivi and Dionisis, live on the first floor of the same house. We own 2 jewelry galleries and a work shop in the center of Chalandri and in the island of Paros. We have two daughters which are 25 and 18 years old. We are Eco Friendly, cat lovers and garden lovers ( three cats live in the garden).We love hosting and we find it a very interesting experience! Chalandri is a green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment is on a quiet side road, but is close to the center of Chalandri and only 12 minutes by metro or bus from the city center. A 24h/day mini market is just a few steps away. Welcome to our family house!

Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated, modern and cozy 45m2 apartment. It's a very good choice if you want to have easy access both to the heart of Athens and the National Athens Airport. Katehaki metro station (blue line->10stops from Airport) is 5min walk from the house. Bus station is two minutes on foot. A taxi stand is 2min away. (!!!!) Supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and fast-food stores are in a walking distance, too(!!!!). NO COOKING OIL INCLUDED!

Το διαμέρισμα είναι 22τ.μ. και βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη περιοχή του Ν. Ψυχικού, στον 7ο όροφο χωρίς να συνορεύει με άλλο (οροφοδιαμέρισμα). Διαθέτει μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα την Αθήνα. Σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια βρίσκεται ο σταθμός του Μετρό "Κατεχάκη". Ακριβώς δίπλα βρίσκεται μεγάλο πάρκο, που περιλαμβάνει σύγχρονη παιδική χαρά. Στη γειτονιά υπάρχουν καταστήματα εστίασης και super markets.
