Vacation rentals with beach access in Neo Chorio

Beautiful accommodation and a great location with easy access to surrounding areas of interest. Easily accessible from the airport on the 612 bus which runs from the airport to practically outside the apartment. The host, Marjon, was extremely welcoming and very responsive to any queries my girlfriend and I had. Details on how to access the apartment and further details about the apartment itself were provided allowing for a smooth and easy stay. Very much recommended for a great stay in Paphos.

Wer Entspannung & Erholung in einer Wohngegend in Zypern sucht mit toller Terrasse und Blick auf Meer & Bananen-Feld sowie Wohnhäuser ist hier genau richtig. Das Apartment bietet genügend Platz zu Zweit und kochen / grillen auf der Terrasse kann man auch. Mit einem Auto lassen sich in kurzer Zeit (10-15 min) Sandstrand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichen. Auch für Restaurants gibt es sowohl zu Fuss wie mit dem Auto ein gutes Angebot. Der Küstenweg direkt am Wasser entlang, lädt zum Spazieren oder Joggen (betonierter Boden) ein. Die nächste Stadt Pafos bietet Besichtigungsoptionen und ein Ausflug auf die andere Seite von Zypern (Polis) lässt sich ebenso für einen Tagesausflug erreichen. Zu empfehlen ist ein Ausflug zu den Weingütern und Dörfen, ebenfalls als Tagestour gut zu erreichen. Limassol ist gut zum Shoppen und zum Flanieren an der Strandpromenade. Wichtig auf Zypern ist Linksverkehr! Alles in allem perfekt für eine wunderbare Auszeit - Mai & Juni oder Herbst - nicht überfüllt.

We had wonderful time at Nikolays apartment. Everything was as it says it was and even better. Great location and great communication with hosts.

Martins apartment exactly as listed had everything he described plus extra touches like tea bags coffee sugar wine and water on arrival. Apartment spotlessly clean very comfortable the complex extremely clean all pools great well maintained and had life guards at both. The apartment close to all amenities shops bars and restaurants hickory’s was our favourite Venus beach exquisite just get there early could imagine quite hard to get sun beds at peak holiday times. Martin was easy to communicate with and even arranged for taxi to pick us up at airport. In summery great apartment well worth the money great place and lovely people will definitely stay at martins again if visiting pathos loved everything 👍👍

Everything was perfect, pretty nice place, near to the beach and really close to the mall. The Airbnb was same to the description , and the host provided us with chips, water, and other products for a good stay!

It’s a 5 star accommodation on AirBnb and that is no easy thing to accomplish. If you are lucky enough to find it available, don’t hesitate. I’ve been using AirBnb since 2016 for all my vacations and this is in the top 3. Recomand it with all my heart

Wir genossen den fünftägigen Urlaub sehr. Dimitri was ein wirklich zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber, auf eine Art, die man selten antrifft. Sein Sohn holte uns vom Flughafen ab und brachte uns am Ende auch wieder hin, was bei weitem nicht selbstverständlich ist und wir auch gar nicht erwartet hatten. Außerdem wurden wir am ersten Tag mit Frühstück empfangen und erhielten auch viele wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants in der Stadt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und entsprach der Beschreibung. Alles in allem sind wir mehr als zufrieden und danken den Gastgebern herzlich für ihre Mühe und Aufmerksamkeit. George's flat has a fantastic view of the sea from the spacious balcony. It's quiet, private and clean. George was very responsive and check-in was easy. The flat is about 15-20 mintues walk from the town and only a couple minutes walk to the beach and the boardwalk. There's a cycle share scheme in Paphos with one of the lock up locations located just over the main road from the flat so it's easy to cycle around (although it's uphill into town). There's a lidl very nearby for easy groceries. Also plenty of car rentals around if you want to rent a car for a few days.

We spent a lovely 3 days - the villa was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed. We all loved the pool and the closeness to coral bay. The hosts were extremely responsive, my children left a gaming device in the villa and they went out of their way to make sure it was returned to us which is much appreciated !

Idealne miejsce do wypoczynku. Spokojna okolica. Apartament ma wszystkie udogodnienia. Bardzo blisko do miejskiej plaży i portu. Lokale gastronomiczne z bardzo dobrą różnorodną kuchnią na tej samej ulicy. Od początku rezerwacji aż do wyjazdu stały kontakt z właścicielką p. Eleftheria, która była pomocna na każdym etapie naszego pobytu. Napewno warto skorzystać z tego apartamentu.

Prachtige privé villa, van alle gemakken voorzien, nog mooier dan op de foto’s! De keuken is heel uitgebreid uitgerust, ruim huis en tuin, lokale producten uit de tuin, práchtige sterrenhemel ‘s nachts, heel groene omgeving, leuk om te wandelen. Paradise beach is op loopafstand en ook heel mooi, de zee was nog heerlijk om in te zwemmen (veel warmer dan het zwembad)!

If you are wanting to stay at a villa with great views of the ocean and stunning sunsets then this place is the one to book. Very relaxing break which was exactly what we needed and wanted. The surrounding area is lovely and worth exploring if you wanted to get off the sun loungers and leave the villa! Helpful host and answered any questions we had. Villa Georgina was everything we hoped for and much, much more. Our small group enjoyed the Villa and it's facilities and the area of Corral Bay with a fantastic selection of good restaurants and bars. The pool was squeaky clean if a little cold, but that's to be expected for April. I would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Georgina to anyone for a relaxed and luxurious experience.

This is a really lovely studio perfectly situated in Paphos. It's a short walk into the harbour, and also there is a lovely walk along the beach side in the other direction. Nikos invited me to a BBQ with his friends and family outside the studio, which was amazing. The studio is on the 612 bus route from the airport. Nikos works in the shop below so check in is easy. All in all a fantastic experience!

Beautiful house located in one of the most peaceful village in Cyprus. Highly recommended if you would like to enjoy pure nature both on the beach and mountains. Amit gave me full information about the house and useful information of the village well in advance. I was so grateful for his help throughout my stay there😊

Wie verbrachten hier zwei herrlich erholsame Wochen. Das Haus liegt abseits der großen Touristenströme, ist aber günstig gelegen um den westlichen Teil von Zypern zu erkunden. Die Lage am Meer ist spektakulär und bietet nicht nur tolle Ausblicke, sondern auch Gemütlichkeit und Ruhe. Hübsch eingerichtet und mit viel Grün im Aussenbereich, blickdicht abgeschirmt von den wenigen Nachbarhäusern war es für uns der ideale Ort auf Zypern.

We loved our stay in Tala. Savvas and Helen were great hosts who keep a pristine flat and stay in regular contact. The flat itself had everything we needed, with the little details making a world of difference. The shared pool we had to ourselves for most of the trip. Tala is a charming village with some great, family-run tavernas and a central bar. Highly recommended. Thank you both!

This is a great place to stay, has everything you need and is close to a lot of activities and not far from the main tourist areas. Demetris was a great host and was always available to answer our questions. Would recommend staying here.

Great place, the location is near to many bars, restaurants and the shore!

We are satisfied with our stay. It is a small place, but enough for 2 people for a short stay ( we stayed for 4 nights). 10 mins walking distance to coral bay beach and a lively street full of restaurants yet inside a residential complex so it’s calm. The kitchen was equipped for simple cooking and there’s a nespresso machine. Functioning AC, tv and sofa. My only concern was the ants problem ( which i also saw in another review). We bought some fruits and it attracted some ants coming from outside. So it’s a bit annoying to have to really be careful on not leaving any food or crumbs.

Great apartment to stay in during your stay in Cyprus. Hosts are responsive and ready to help. The apartment has a separate bedroom which provides convenience for longer stay. Location is good, not too far from Pafos centre but we recommend renting a car if you wish to visit the area or commute with ease :) Overall we recommend this place!

We spent a lovely week at Alinas place in Paphos. The apartment was in a lovely quiet complex yet right in the centre of Kato Paphos, a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in. They seem to have thought of everything to make our stay a success. Any question we had re restaurants, places to go etc was answered promptly. Check in and out was easy and cleverly done. We cannot recommend Alinas place highly enough. They could teach hosts how to run an Airbnb business.

Estea's place was a good base for us to enjoy our stay in the Paphos area. The Apartment is basic but functional with everything you could need for your stay. Location wise its a short walk to the Kato Paphos area where there are bars and restaurants and the harbour a little further. The old town is a longer walk but is worth a visit too. Parking is free and very useful if you have a car. The area itself seems a little rundown but did not feel unsafe, there are lots of new developments going on around it with new buildings being built. We enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.

Kevin is a great host, met me at the venue and took me to the apartment. Private parking for the apartment is available and undercover which is needed in the summer periods The apartment is clean, fresh, modern and ideally situated within walking distance to shops and the beach. The outside area is open but still feels private and both the living room and the bedrooms open up to the outside area, there is a communal pool that is also very well maintained. The apartment is an home from home with all the amenities, the complex where the apartment is situated is very safe and secure. Would definitely be looking to rebook later in the year *****
