Studio Lu is a unique and cozy space and is 800m from Nelson Bay cbd, restaurants,the marina,cafes and clubs.Shoal Bay is less than a 10 min drive. You will have private access to your accomodation and 1 undercover parking space. You have a HD TV with Netflix and a Sony blue-tooth speaker for your use. The adjoining room has a comfy 3 seater lounge,table and chairs.Lovely large deck off bedroom. For my guests I offer loose leaf tea,herbal teas and a coffee plunger for some delicious coffee!

Our townhouse is in Dutchman`s Bay, a suburb of Nelson Bay on Port Stephens.It is north facing with beautiful views of the bay.It gets a cool breeze in the summer and warm sun in the winter.Dutchies beach, which is secluded and safe for children, is an easy walk down steps in front of our unit.The area has great facilities including a heated swimming pool, lovely beaches and other aquatic facilities.There are 2 golf courses,several bowling clubs, plenty of restaurants and 2 shopping centres.

A private balcony features wooden seating and a small table adorned with a potted plant. Glass railings provide unobstructed views of the lush greenery and a glimpse of the exterior space. Natural light enhances the serene atmosphere of this outdoor area.
