Relax in this quiet and elegant space in this magnificent penthouse, with an incredible view of the entire city, with an excellent location. It's a large studio with the best views in the city. Keep in mind that the apartment is located on the building's terrace, so you take the elevator up to the 22nd floor and then climb one floor by stairs, as shown in the photos. Not recommended for people with difficulty climbing stairs.

The apartment is very conveniently located on Bulevar Gálvez, a few blocks from the waterfront, restaurants, cafes, shops. Everything at your fingertips. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay, a comfortable bed, an equipped kitchen and a simple and cozy living room. The views to the southwest of the city are very beautiful. Flor is always on the lookout to ensure that everything works properly. To be recommended!

We love our stay! The place is a beauty, quiet and well private, the feeling of being in the middle of nature but 3 minutes from a good restaurant and 15 of santa fe capital. When we had problems they took over immediately and we were offered solutions and answers. Very friendly and helpful, we are going to love to come back!

The apartment has a good location, we only stayed one night, it does not have parking but Dami told us that we could park on the street in front of the building since it is a safe area and we did so without any problem!

A bright bedroom features a spacious bed with light bedding arranged neatly. A bedside lamp stands on one side, and a mirrored wardrobe reflects the room's simplicity. Neutral-colored walls enhance the sense of openness, complemented by natural light coming through a window.
