Relax in this quiet and elegant space in this magnificent penthouse, with an incredible view of the entire city, with an excellent location. It's a large studio with the best views in the city. Keep in mind that the apartment is located on the building's terrace, so you take the elevator up to the 22nd floor and then climb one floor by stairs, as shown in the photos. Not recommended for people with difficulty climbing stairs.

The place is very nice, clean, tidy and very well maintained. Mariela is a very good host, always attentive. The place is quiet; although it is not located downtown, it has the Park and La Redonda two blocks away, which are beautiful places to go. There is a good diner and other shops nearby. Very complete. I recommend it!

The bathroom features modern fixtures, including a white toilet and a bidet. Light beige tiles cover the walls and floor, creating a clean and neutral environment. A small waste bin is positioned next to the toilet, and toiletries are visible on the floor.

Extremely comfortable and well equipped place. All equipment works as expected, wi-fi always on (not a single hiccup), air conditioner and fans working fine. Everything in working condition. Quite sizeable apartment, enough for two individuals perfectly fine. Very clean and well kept bathroom. Washing area functional. Balcony with an ample view of the surrounding streets and to stores. Host was also incredible. Very friendly reception, always willing to answer any questions even if they are completely unrelated to my stay. Had no issues with accommodate extra requests. I would absolutely recommend this place if you are planning a stay in the city. It is essentially near everywhere you'd want to go, just a few minutes walk from all parks, from the riverside, from the university, from downtown, everything is at a short walk. No regrets, would book again.
