My family and I had a great time at Casa Martha. The house is clean and organized. Furniture is well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable to sleep in. Bathrooms are clean and in good condition. The ceiling fans and air conditioning work great and really help keep the bedrooms cool. There are ceiling fans and regular fans downstairs to keep the first floor cool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and everything was easy to find. The appliances are clean and ready to use. The backyard is beautiful with plants and greenery. The pool was clean and was so fun to use. It is also maintenanced weekly. Since the house is in a gated community, the area is very quiet and safe. There is a guard overlooking the community entrance day and night. No traffic/street noise heard at all. There is a plaza nearby with good restaurants/cafes and is easy to walk to. Gertrudis responded in a timely manner to any concerns/questions and provided friendly customer service.

Place was great, Marlene and Marco (the housekeepers) were great as well. They helped us with anything we needed but also weren’t in the way. Beautiful location, would definitely stay again

fue muy cómoda la estadía, huevo algunos contratiempos, pero al final se resolvieron. solo un comentario encontramos varias cucarachas y hormigas mi niño tuve k llevarlo al dr. porque le picaron algunas en la alberca, pero de allí todo co.odo. Gracias 🙂

Mauricio is a great host ... very pleasant ... communication was good and he was able to accommodate some unexpected changes we had. The place is clean and the neighborhood is safe. It's outside of the city which might work for some better than others. A nice view of the mountains outside the front door.

My family and I had a heavenly retreat and we felt we were in paradise !! Also the house was well decorated and very clean I felt like I was home !! Thank you Jose and Roberto his assistant they hosted with grace ! Rene Guzman

Excelente lugar!! Super tranquilo y bonito, la zona muy linda para caminar y hacer ejercicio por las tardes, la casa espectacular, muy recomendable :)

El acceso a la comunidad estuvo un poco difícil ya que el guardia en turno no contaba con la información necesaria para el ingreso. Tuvo que llamar para verificar. Lejos de ser una molestia, demuestra que la seguridad si funciona y no cualquiera ingresa. La comunidad es muy tranquila y limpia. La casa tenía todo lo necesario y nos pareció espaciosa. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente y contestó cada una de nuestras preguntas. Nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí.

¡El lugar es MARAVILLOSO! Es una casa pequeña pero MUY ACOGEDORA! Todo muy limpio, los espacio bien equipados y con todo lo necesario. Yo me quedaría a vivir ahí si pudiera. Además, los encargados, sin personas amables, accesibles y muy humanos. Esto hace del lugar algo especial. Definitivamente, yo me volvería a quedar ahí sin dudarlo! —- todo me encantó!

Nos encantó la casa de Jeremy. La casa muy limpia y grande. Ángela la encargada de la casa es muy buena persona, nos recibió muy amablemente y nos ayudaba con lo que le pidiera sin ningún problema. Una cosa que pueden mejorar sería el portón ya que siempre fue un problema no poder abrirlo es un poco complicado.

Es un excelente lugar para descansar en privado con tus seres queridos. La atención del encargado Miguel es excepcional. Tenía una limpieza minuciosa y detalles de alojamiento muy bien pensados. El clima es super agradable y la vista es fenomenal.

La casa superó nuestras expectativas. Estaba muy limpia, bien equipada y en una ubicación perfecta para lo que necesitábamos. Nos sentimos muy cómodos durante toda la estadía, y el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, siempre disponible para cualquier duda. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí. ¡Gracias por todo!

From the start the place was fantastic. It is located in a great neighborhood and is within walking distance to many great pupuserias, taquerias, and a great little bakery/breakfast spot. The home is three levels with a washer and dryer and is an excellent option for families. We had 9 people ranging from 6-76 years and there was plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend and plan to book in the future!

Very grateful to have found this beautiful, peaceful, cozy place. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool and playing with the balls and toys the host had available. We also enjoyed the snacks provided. It was a very welcoming experience. The host was extremely friendly and comprehensive of all my family's needs. I definitely recommend this place. 😊🙏

La estadia estuvo muy relajante, el lugar tiene una vista espectacular de San Salvador, los jardines están super lindo, nos encantó, perfecto para relajarse.

Un alojamiento 10/10, muy limpio, organizado, súper cómodo, con todo lo necesario en la cocina y el anfitrión atento y responde bastante rápido a los mensajes. Recomendado!

This place is magical! The views are unbelievable - we were visiting during the rainy season and though we got rain as expected, the lake was a turquoise color which was a magnificent surprise. The house is all glass and perched above the lake. From the main living spaces and two front bedrooms you have a 360 degree view of the lake. It was very peaceful and quiet. The infinity pool was gorgeous. We got to meet Eduardo (and his brother!) who were both super friendly and helpful with information on booking tours nearby, arranging for transportation or anything else you may need. We used the kitchen quite a bit and found it nice as the stores and restaurants are not very near. The instructions for getting to the home could not be easier-but once you get there you don’t want to leave! This space would be perfect for a large family or group traveling together. Lots of space and privacy. Thank you for sharing for our first trip to El Salvador and we hope to return soon!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Andrea and her team were responsive and friendly. This place is perfect for a weekend getaway with the family to enjoy peaceful days at the lake. It was also spotless clean when we got there, and the staff was very supportive throughout our stay. Definite plus for booking with a large group. It’s very spacious and the landscaping looks as beautiful as in the photos. We will definitely considere it for a next getaway at the lake!
